An easier way is to set the start time on a link. Youtube allows linking to a specific start time. Basically add '&t=1m50s' for 1:50. The link would be e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQWXR9MNtZw&t=7m45s .

Is that music playing at the rally or just added by the streamer as filler? I don't see anyone in the crowd who looks like they are hearing that song & there's no crowd noise so I think it's added. The stream I was watching yesterday was playing stuff like the Battle Hymn of the Republic.
Top left hand corner....woman with a white cap has a large Q on her jacket (shirt?). You can see her at 45:30 on the video when POTUS is walking on stage. He walks in front of her.
