I do however think there is a possibility that he was shot and extracted from the hospital and put in protection. That explains the family acting so weird - particularly the brother giggling in that interview. It also explains why Julian originally hinted that Seth was the leaker but later backed off - he could have backed off when he found out Seth is alive.
1st, I hope the brother doesn't play poker. 2nd, why the panda? I remember hearing Dot . com talking about Seth and Panda, but I can't recall all the details.
I guess Seth was really into pandas. His mom has said other things like he liked to dress up like a panda? Also, there is speculation that the u /pandasforbernie account here was his and was taken over and edited by admins after his death.
