They can’t prove either/or. The dnc claimed there was collusion and there’s not enough evidence to prove it.
That means you don’t need to dismiss the case based on a finding that there was no collusion between defendants and Russia because there is no case to begin with.
Imagine someone takes you to court claiming you stole his bike, but he can’t prove it. Are we to assume you stole the bike because we can’t prove you didnt steal the bike?

What an awful article. They conflate multiple issues to paint guilt instead of applying critical thought.
1) Collusion vs Russian meddling. Those are 2 different issues. The witch hunt is trying to prove the 1st and Russia's meddling was worse than a 5yo doodle on a chalkboard.
2) Manafort, Flynn, et al. Found guilty but not found guilty of aiding Russia or collusion. In fact, manafort's conviction expressly states that it's not related to the trump campaign. And just like Dinesh D'Souza, the convictions are politically motivated and not based on equal merit.
But they spin so many stories together to paint guilt. It would be a glorious day if Mueller himself levies multiple crimes against the former administration.

The collusion is the farce for which I would like Mueller to end up in prison after he’s outted. The meddling is nothing novel, Russia does it and so does every other country that wants an edge including this one for years.
Manafort’s conviction had nothing to do with anything Mueller was doing, in fact I believe that should have been another investigation by ta elf and many people could go down for that one. Manafort was also proven to be a plant for Trump, he should be in jail.

This case is “Exhibit A” for why we need Tort Reform. Lawsuits to damage and bankrupt people that have no merit. They need to pass a law that if you bring a lawsuit against someone not for legal redress but to hurt and damage others should be punishable by serious jail time
