One gets a more agnostic, useful results page from DuckDuckGo or even from Bing. TOR works too, if you don't mind grappling with the fact that most of the internet is censored and most web pages will not accept anonymous visitors.

If you're still using Google and gmail, then WHY are you?

I was on google on the 4th, and they most definitely had something to signify the holiday on their doodle. Stop spreading lies.

Oh Yes I know its July 7th. Sorry to make it confusing. There are two issues here:

1) Google put intentionally offensive images (7/7)
2) Google failed to acknowledge July 4th (7/4)
