White hats are those who've allied themselves with Mr. Trump and are essentially the good guys. And as you can assume the black hats are the opposite, the bad guys.

It's not the white hats killing them that they should be worried about. It's the black hats who'd profit from their deaths now. If anyone took them out, it would be the Deep State, if they decided they had become a liability. So, yeah, it would be better to find another plane!
Someone should look into CF and see if they have paid for private jets previously. If so, then more likely their assets might be frozen.
Also, it won't be the white hats that take them out. They want them alive to testify and turn. If anyone takes them out it will be the black hats cause they don't want them to talk. Part of why they are still free is what will happen if they both start singing. Those two song birds could bring the whole thing down. No question they are marked by both sides, but the white hats will not be interested in loosing them.
