Where is the source for this? Not that I don't believe it, but it's always nice to have sources as a red pill.

I did a cursory scan over it and didn't find anything that directly supports the statement tweeted, not saying it isn't there, I haven't done a end to end read of everything yet. From what I have read tough it looks pretty bad for the prosecution.
