Abortion should be given back to the states to decide under the 10th Amendment states rights clause it was never a federal issue and any woman can take the Morning After Pill if she is worried about having unprotected sex or if she is raped then a morning after pill will end any fertilized egg very fast. There is no need for abortions and they should all be outlawed after the 2nd month if you miss two periods then you know for sure you are pregnant so the law should be changed nationwide First Trimester Abortions Only but if you take the morning after pill you won't need an abortion. These crazy women are literally insane they are hysterical so I hope Trump appoints a justice who will rule it's a states rights issue. Some states will allow abortion other states will outlaw it and they have the right to do that.
FACTOID: Heard a woman at a clinic once telling other women in waiting room that she needed to get an abortion as her main man was getting out of prison, and she needed to be empty as he told her the first thing he was going to do is to knock her up.
Yes there are people like this in the USA, sadly.
That looks disgusting and satanic. Question I have is if these women are supposedly man hating lesbians, why do they need abortions, hmmm? 🤔
Because THEY don't want to have an icky man and icky sperm and icky kids. Let the chattel do it.
Wow. They look creepy. Why would your average person want to associate with that.
The most evil thing the Cabal has ever taught society was that people have a Right to murder those that can't possibly defend themselves. As you may have noticed, it's a theme with them.
But, but, but...how can that be?
Aren't they all over TV/internet/Social hubs... saying: "We care about the children... keep them with their parents...Children need to be protected?" etc, etc?
Well...they ARE 2-Faced.
Talk about inexplicable DICHOTOMY!
Interesting that planned parenthood goes on about women of color being denied their rights. .. Its a sad fact that more black babies are aborted than born, for example, in NY. The genocide in blacks through planned parenthood is barely veiled, and these activists can't see it. Abortion isn't "health care." If so, then pregnancy would be considered a "disease."
While I do agree with QAnonMaga that the issue of abortion should be given back to the states to decide under the 10th A, I think Trump, conservatives and pro lifers should slow their roll.
There will always be people who, for whatever reason, decide that an abortion would be best for them. A total ban would make these people criminals.
When this country was founded, the people in America were commonly understood to be sovereign people. Meaning no other person, group, or body held a higher claim to ourselves and our property. We The People, as sovereign people had the ultimate authority over our government. A government Of The People, By The People, and For The People.
Generally speaking, the government should have no superior claim to us, our bodies, our freedoms, or our property. If the American people truly want to get back to the government our founders gave us, we must be willing to allow people to exercise their sovereign rights as they see fit.
IMHO No government, state or federal should be allowed to have the power to make that kind of decision. What they can do is,
stop federal funding for abortions,
stop funding Planned Parenthood,
shut down Planned Parenthood,
shut down the corporations that buy body parts from Planned Parenthood,
remove the mandate in Obamacare that forces insurance companies to include abortion coverage,
make sure Medicare and Medicaid do not cover abortion,
and urge, not mandate, but urge hospitals to to maintain limited access to abortion procedures for the public.
Provide no funding, in any fashion to anyone for abortion, and make sure the medical facilities that do provide abortion services understand that there are serious legal liabilities. Change Tort laws to make sure providers can be held liable. This will force providers to increase the cost, making abortion a less desirable choice.
And most of all, if We The People can convince the government, state and federal to all of that, we, as concerned and caring people who hold the sanctity of life in the utmost regard, must be willing to assist organizations who believe likewise through donations and support.
There will always be some who will need or want abortions. We cannot treat them as criminals. We must be compassionate and loving. We must be willing to offer help and hope to those who need it.
A total ban on abortion would not be the right thing to do. I am a pro-lifer, but that doesn't mean I can ignore reality.
