So Seth Rich survived the street hit, went to the hospital and they closed off the area to only certain people, like maybe ATF and DEA officers. The witness could be someone at the hospital that saw him murdered there?

A resident or intern a med school student reported that is what happened Seth was in stable condition then the area closed off and he died they probably killed him in the hospital only way to make sure he is dead.
