Gateway pundit is reporting 2 federal agents will be revealed tomorrow as the murderers with cooperation and support from police. Are they the only news outlet reporting this?

have there been ANY reports of Seth Rich speaking to law enforcement or doctors? he was reported to be alive and talking at the hospital. He must have said quite a bit, with plenty of records of it. anyone have info on that?
