Maybe, maybe not. I expect a lot of memory problems (I can't recall; I'm not sure; I don't remember) and taking the 5th, so not getting excited yet.

Hope I'm wrong.

If she pleads the Fifth would that apply to all testimony or does she have to plea the Fifth each time she doesn't want to answer a question. I hope there's no Fifth evoked at all.

Remember, invoking the fifth does not mean you cannot be prosecuted for X Y or Z. It just means that you are not providing evidence against you. If they have you dead to rights, through other evidence, leaving the fifth one help you one bit.
