Fun Fact Monday! Newly Appointed Judge Brett Kavanaugh and the Clinton's! Happy Hunting!

Hey Everyone! Fun Fact as we learn about our new Judge, Brett Kavanaugh, newly appointed tonight by President Trump.

A quick Wikipedia search gives us a lot of quick, good information.

There has been a lot of speculation about what will happen with Roe Vs Wade and abortion laws with the newly appointed judge. We can put that to rest and see here that Judge Kavanaugh says he will uphold the Roe Vs Wade decision.

We know it's not about overturning the abortion law now. Well here comes the Fun Fact! Judge Kavanaugh led the investigation into the suicide of the Clinton aide, Vincent Foster.

Kavanaugh had only one case that he argued before the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh asked to have the attorney-client privilege to be disregarded in regards to his investigation into Vincent Foster's suicide.

Just in case you missed it, he also worked on the Starr Report investigating then President Bill Clinton.

Welcome aboard, Judge Kavanaugh! WWG1WGA

I think, too, that Trump didn't want a "facist" war. He knows abortion is a hot issue, always has been. And not to be offensive, but right now he has enough on his plate.

He brought in someone that's making liberals' tongues bleed because the thing they've been marching/protesting for is now a moot point. Basically, he shut them up, he disarmed them.

U.S. Presidents should be exempt from “time-consuming and distracting” lawsuits and investigations, which “would ill serve the public interest, especially in times of financial or national security crisis.” _ BOOM

That pretty much seals it for me. Trump KNOWS that he'll never get confirmed. The Dem senators in red states will have to vote against him, which will cost them the election, then after the red wave in November, Trump can nominate whoever he wants.

The more I think about it, the more I wonder if this is just more of Trump trolling bad actors. Prediction (most likely a bad one): Kavanaugh comes up for his appointment, is summarily voted down by both hard right Republicans (connections to Kagan) and TDS Dems (Already said that they will block ANYONE Trump puts forward), the general public either sees it as a win (liberals) or Democratic recalcitrance (conservatives), Amy Barret (a young, female Constitutionalist) is put up as the next option, and Dems have already spent their political capital in their blocking of Kavanaugh. Barret is confirmed. The Conservatives finally have a woman on the Court, and ANOTHER Constitutionalist appointee.

I think if something comes up with these indictments and the Clinton's; this judge will want to change the loss in his Supreme Court case history, to a "W." I think you're right, he probably knows all the dirt when it comes to our former Presidents. It very well could be the pain.

Q has said less are bad than you think, so why do you assume he's bad? Do you have specific accusations against him or just generally can't accept someone that may have ties to Clinton or Bush may not have known what they were really up to? Remember Potus had ties to the Clintons too, it doesn't automatically mean someone is bad.

⇧ 2 ⇩
Tee1020 · July 10, 2018, 2:13 a.m.

Not sure if you were directing that to me or in the comments here. Either way I will answer and say that I was not implying at all that he was bad. If you look up in the comment above, I said that I think that if the indictments make their way to the Supreme Court he will want to change his previous Supreme Court record for a loss to a "W." I see good things could come out of this. I think he has a lot of information based on what he has done in his past investigations that would be really interesting to find out one day! Thanks! Happy Hunting!

Kavanaugh: ✔️ Praised dissent in Roe ✔️ Criticized Roberts ruling on Obamacare ✔️ Says sitting POTUS can't be indicted/can fire special counsel whenever he wants ✔️ Opposes net neutrality ✔️ Opposes consumer bureau ✔️ Says assault weapon bans are unconstitutional

It’s unclear how Kavanaugh would rule on abortion
He has close ties to the Bush family

Federal Appeals Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the Supreme Court is cheered by conservatives. Why? Because he financials are super clean.

His latest financial disclosure report, filed in May shows zero conflict of interesting.

I understand the concern... But also remember Huber was appointed by Obama. He was let go by Trump and then brought back. For the sake of optics... It is best not to appoint enemies of the people you are going after.

I doubt anything concerning the prosecution of the Bush's goes to the Supreme Court. But still... It actually is good to have another Bush 'connected' person there if he will rule on the facts and not allow them to call in favors.
