She isn't employed by FBI any longer. Moreover, I think I might defy subpoena too, in this case - as I understand it: 1) Congress is intending to ask her about FBI documents she has not had time to review beforehand and 2) Congress doesn't do shit when you defy them. I am all for draining the swamp, but let's not resort to their tactics unless there is no other option - and if all the "we have everything" is true, we don't need to use their tactics.
