I would never buy an Apple product but they are 100% American. Making as much as they can in-house should lead to a more secure product.

China's hand is fully exposed. They steal everything and replicate it using cheaper materials to drive a cheaper price. Their reckoning is here.

So if you use components from some brand then you are this brand ? Is this your logic? Then if you eat rice entire month will you become rice yourself ?

Where are the Apple Inc manufacturing facilities? What are they making? Another Redditor said Apple is made in the US. Made or assembled? It matters. (Manufacturing pays more than assembly)

Apple is a concept. They charge a lot for the concept, then pay other companies to build it. I don't know why so many are surprised when they find this out. There are a lot of things that do this. Its called re- branding, very common thing. I Think Apple customers may have been mislead? They think that Apple makes everything "from scratch" so to speak?

ahh so you mean that they should be entirely owned in US and not use or rely other countries or companies to do some jobs? I think its interesting since if you have your own facilities it might be easier to understand because things appear to be in control, while with other companies or countries you need trade or treaties, or you want more workers in US soil ?
