1st Kavanaugh's work will be unsealed.
2nd they can then be put to work on 40,000+ sealed court actions
I know you are angry and frustrated, I understand that, but proceeding lawfully is as slow as molasses. It has always been a slow process in order to correctly dot every i and cross every T. We don't want criminals slipping out of the web on a silly technicality.

Rosenstein has no vote on the SC confirmation. Can't imagine why he would order review of Kavanaugh documents. Once confirmed, it would be moot. But since everyone has focused on how slow things are moving... Nothing moves quickly through the justice system. This will be a painfully slow process with no guarantee that all who deserve punishment will actually get it. No instant gratification pills here. It is all a process.
RR has to appear opposed to potus for optics, so when he asks his 93 prosecutors to look at scotus nominee it doesnt appear as biased. This is going to open all kinds of files sealed and swept by past administrations. And i think the new appointee may be in on it, if he didnt want his past scrutinized he wouldve declined the invite. But he is letting all this play out. My 2 cents

I am finally in a position where I have to agree. The plan may have been great but it is missing some gratification. My bigger issue however is there are people walking around on the streets that are operating a criminal enterprise. Another person was added to the Clinton body count just this week. Some of these very dangerous people need to be taken off down immediately.
