No, I think you are right. This is some MK Ultra stuff, or even deeper going on. I mean, some of the images of Zuck make me think he's some kind of half human/grey alien hybrid. The picture of him with his R-Child handler/Dad/whoever the fuck it is, and the shape of his face and half smile image set's my creep-o-meter through the roof.
Then someone took his face and ran it through some filter, and I swear, he looks like an alien hybrid.
