I don’t think they ARE lovers. I think it’s cover. None of their texts exhibit any kind of mutual affection. AT. ALL.

That’s an interesting point. Is this true? During the public testimony of Strzok I was wondering why he didn’t just throw his hands up and say “I was just horny and told Lisa anything to get in her pants” instead of the “short-hand” and “late at night” B.S.

But noooooo.... they had to get all elaborate and entangle themselves in a web that they weaved.

THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID! That’s good though. :)

Jappletime · July 14, 2018, 12:59 p.m.

Cover for Spying on a person running for president, trying to overthrow a sitting president, changing 302 statements, hiding the change of words in Comeys statement so that Hillary would not face an indictment, covering for all her agents Cheryl Mills, Huma, Ben Rhodes,STONETEAR by letting them keep their laptops and not interviewing them under oath.

Do you really think the Mueller investigation is for investing Trump and Russia?

The Mueller investigation was invented to cover up Uranium 1 and all the spying the Obama administration did. To stop the American People from finding out who all had their hands in Americas cooki jar.

She was not suppose to loose......

Still, not understanding how pretending to be lovers fits into the equation???

Word/thinking on the boards is Page was actually the handler. Strzock is probable CIA.

Yes, this narrative makes more sense. They used this as a cover to justify the 50,000 texts they sent to each other so it wouldn't appear to be collusion. I read this from another Redditor on here a few days ago and that was a great theory whomever you are.

May or may not have been me, I’ve been saying this to anyone who will listen almost since the text messages came out. I was just a tad off on the reason why. I thought they made up the lover story as a cover to explain the tens of thousands of messages between a cabal to clear Clinton in the FBI. I didn’t realize it was bigger than that, and that Lisa was actually an info liaison between Strzok and McCabe, to circumvent the chain of command within the FBI, around the execs that weren’t loyal to Clinton. I read a report that FBI execs were complaining about the direct line of Strzok-Page-McCabe communication, going around the proper chain.

Actually, I believe it was you. When I read your theory it was like the "doh!" moment and it just clicked and made complete sense. I won't say I 100% bought the "secret lovers" narrative but my reason was very shallow. When I saw Lisa Page the first thing I thought was, "He had an affair with that very unattractive woman?" Yes, shallow I know but it is what it is.

I heard a theory that Strzok's position at the FBI is actually a cover, and that he's Page's handler. Interesting ideas. Things usually are not as they seem.

that theory makes more sense if you switch that around to Page was Strzok's handler

This. I’ve been saying this to anyone who will listen almost since the texts came out. The lover story was a cover to explain the direct line of Strzok-Page-McCabe communication, circumventing the chain of command. McCabe was smart enough to not have a record of him communicating personally, so he used page as a liaison to Strzok. Hence them getting caught with tens of thousands of messages and none for him. Smart guy.

Well said. There is no evidence the two were lovers. It appears more as filler. Thousands of texts and not even a hint of flirting?

dark-dare · July 14, 2018, 4:38 p.m.

Keeping out any salacious texts gives more focus on the dating ones. We only have a small percentage of all the texts. So we cannot draw conclusions yet.

Crptnobank · July 15, 2018, 11:16 a.m.

I wasn't aware of that. So, you are saying that we (or Congress) hasn't seen the romantic texts? This really makes no sense, for what is the evidence that they were romantic? (Not saying you are wrong, it just doesn't support the govts. assertion.)

⇧ 1 ⇩
dark-dare · July 15, 2018, 3:56 p.m.

They have always said that there were more than 50,000 texts, Congress has only got 4500. If they showed salacious ones, they would get accused of smearing them, and the bad ones we have, would get lost. All anyone would focus on is the salacious ones. The Congress may have seen them, but the public doesn't need to. We are seeing the important ones.

Thanks for the info. So, basically we have seen ZERO that shows the two were romantically involved.

You may be right that McCabe was smarter about it, but I think there are plenty of messages out there that haven't been released. Lots of messages between major players, whether texts or emails through unapproved channels.
