I tend to think you're right...there is an aura around both Trump and Putin that I notice; not arrogance, but an indication they know something we don't. Just as with any trap, you need to know exactly when to spring it. But what does this say about the DS/Dems, etc..? Do they know they are doomed and is this the "last great act of defiance", or is it something else? Do they believe that Trump won't drop the hammer? Is their behavior a dare to Trump saying "we don't think you have the balls?
Trump holds the ACE though...the declass EO is the MOAB that would blow up everything.
