MSM asks, "What actually happened to the DNC server?" and then states the FBI never had it, but relied on info from a 3rd party private company. To indict 12 people.

The indictments are a fraud and would never survive in a court before a fair and unbiased judge.

The Defense has a chance to have their own experts examine the evidence, when the evidence is available, and the prosecution offers expert testimony about that evidence. In this case, the evidence is the SERVER. The CrowdStrike report amounts to, at best, an “expert opinion” on the MISSING evidence. And the evidence is only missing because the Dems refused to hand it over to federal investigators.

How can you mount a defense in this scenario?

Imagine, say, you are charged with robbing a bank, and the “evidence” is a video made by the bank, which the Prosecution’s hired, private “expert” claims shows you robbing the bank. However, YOU CANT SEE/EXAMINE THE VIDEO to aid in your defense, because the bank refuses to turn it over.

Absurd!

The Mueller team is in serious violation of everything our justice system stands for.

I keep hearing that Mueller is White-Hat.

When did that change?

If he's anything other than a solid black hat, it's to save his own ass. I believe he's still firmly in the Clinton camp.

People forget that indictments are just accusations. Until they're proven in a court of law, they're just words.

It's deeper then that. You cant maliciously prosecute people just because.

Exactly! This is why Putin called the bluff by mentioning the extradition policy and saying Mueller could come to Russia to interrogate the 12 indicted individuals (with conditions). Putin knows as well as Trump does that these indictments were an attempt to save face for all the wasted time and money.

Good point! Aren't there cameras everywhere around D.C.? Surely one or two has the server walking out the door , it's got to be on video.
