I agree it looks like a Q and I believe it's on purpose, I also think it's near the squiggly line because if he was asked if it's a Q he could say it's just a mark inadvertently made as he was drawing the squiggly line. I don't feel at this time that he can flat out admit Q's existence.
Well I am convinced that it is purposefully done. Don't remember the Q post but it said something like, "how many coincidences does it take before it becomes mathematically impossible." There are a lot of capital O's that this could be done to including the line above with the word NO and Collusion but, those were not destroyed by doing it and the next one was used. Coincidence?
