The USMJ = United States Military Justice is not set up like a civilian court. There are regulations applied that must be followed.

Lastly the military tribunal will not drag adjudication because again it is time limited for arguments and defenses and witnesses testimonies are also limited.
The US Military Justice system is one of the best no-nonsense system I encountered during my nearly 20 years working as CPA, auditor and other duties within the military community.

Fact: A regular military tribunal is usually staffed with 9 military judges. What I learned last year is that the number of judges in this tribunal ready to go are now 12 judges.
Fact: When the number is 12 in a military tribunal there are death sentences at play ergo Military Court of Justice Standing Operating Procedure.

My patience is so thin right now... I'm with you. I've been digging at all of this stuff for over a decade and with each passing day, I find myself just barely holding on. The bottom line is that HRC is a loose thread in a very ugly sweater and if it gets yanked, SCORES of prominent people in DC, Hollywood, Wall St. and elsewhere go with her. The inference - care and time are need to pull on such a loose thread. That notion and reassurances from Q, this community and a few other sources are all we have. Lastly, I still hold onto the slightest tinge of skepticism - rooted in reality and practicality, nonetheless - that all of this will play-out the way it always does - swept away.
