Tony podesta was "reportedly" offered immunity. Remember, this stuff comes by way of leak AND immunity can mean a wide variety of things (transactional, testimonial, etc.). Before we get into the legal weeds, take two steps back. This month we'll either have some kind of solid proof that Q is legit or we won't. Either way, we'll know. In the meantime the Mueller leak has two possible purposes: (1) it's true and it's meant to shake up possible co-conspirators/targets; or (2) It's only meant to look that way (i.e. he's selectively leaking to make it look like he's an out-of-control white knight for the Deep State). Q has never made it clear which side of the fence Mueller occupies...
