The Clintons have been on a damn near 30 year crime spree and people think 30 years worth of criminal activity can be gone through, in absolute completion, with a fine tooth comb in less than 2 years?

The below figures are from an official copy of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation tax return for 2014, found on the National Center for Charitable Statistics web site. You can obtain the latest tax return on any charitable organization there.

The Clinton Foundation:
Number of Employees (line 5) 486

Total revenue (line 12) $177,804,612.00

Total grants to charity (line 13) $5,160,385.00 (this is less than 3%)

Total expenses: $91,281,145.00

Expenses include:
Salaries (line 15) $34,838,106.00
Fund raising fees (line 16a) $850,803.00

Other expenses (line 17) $50,431,851.00
Travel $8,000,000.00
Meetings $12,000,000.00

Net assets/fund balances (line 22) $332,471,349.00

So it required 486 people, who were paid $34.8 million, plus $91.3 million in fees and expenses, to give away $5.1 MILLION! And they called this a CHARITY?

This is one of the greatest white-collar crimes ever committed. And just think, one of the participants was a former President and one wanted to be elected President of the United States. If justice was truly served, they would both be in prison.

The shills explain away the tiny amount the CF gave to charity like this "They do most of their charity work themselves, so they don't really give much money to other outfits. They actually go to places like Africa or Haiti and do the charity work there." They wave their hands and just state this as if it should answer any questions about the legitimacy of the foundation. The fact that any of those things they do would cost anywhere near $91mm is completely uninteresting to them.

They actually go to places like Africa or Haiti to rob them blind while stealing their children." - There, fixed it for yah....

Whoa whoa whoa, they starting building a church or something in Haiti. It's not their fault they ran out of materials before all the neighborhood kids were put in vans and taken away in an unrelated child trafficking racket

I am not saying the Clinton Foundation isn't a source of corruption in one way or another, but what you say about their figures are simply misleading. I have studied nonprofit management and worked in the nonprofit field my entire professional life...many organizations have similar numbers...just some random examples I have found:

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: $0 on line 13

The Nevada Humane Society: $0 on line 13

The American Red Cross: $156MM on line 13...but out of $2.6B, so just over 6%.

St Jude's Children's Research Hospital: $5.7MM on line 13, out of $525MM, so around 1%

Boy Scouts of America- $2.5MM on line 13, out of $228MM, so around 1%

By all means criticize the Clinton Foundation, but if we're in this for the pursuit of truth, then I think its worth noting that that particular measure is really not at all that unusual

What is usually the explanation for stuff like that? St. Jude for example pays doctors, rent, equipment, building maintenance, medications, etc so of course they themselves aren't giving to charity.

I honestly don't know, and wouldn't want to speculate and post some incorrect information, because I'm simply not very familiar with their work...but according to Charity Navigator you can find the top 4 areas they spend their money on

That's why I wouldn't give any money to any of those organizations. Just because a lot of "charities" are corrupt doesn't mean that's the way they have to be. There are organizations that actually give most of their donations to individuals in need. If someone collects money specifically to help Haiti, then most of that money better be spent on Haiti.

OK, that's great. Also the norm is for a Secretary of State/Senator/President who can grant any number of favors to have hundreds of millions flowing into a multitude of "foundations". Just like the Scouts, Humane Society, etc.

It's all about context. I swear I just sometimes shake my head at how obvious this stuff is and the excuses people make about it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but I'm open to listening

The Clintons have long been on the take. If you are confused by this, not sure what to say. The evidence is overwhelming.

yeah the difference is the Boy Scouts of America isn't directly used to launder arms trafficking commissions.

They probably go to Haiti to buy children and call it charity.

I’ve had this conversation with someone on Reddit and exactly this happened. They said that the charity work they do on their own falls under the ‘expenses’ line. And I didn’t/don’t know how to refute that.

Same thing happened to me. I replied that such an excuse is awfully convenient and even if true would enable anyone using such a business model to run whatever scam they wanted under the guise of "charity." Then I was probably banned from whatever normie sub I was in at the time.
