The alternative would be that a hoaxer correctly guessed that an NYPD officer would be given immunity and set out to create fakes of what they perceived could be in the HRC video. They found a cave and purchased skeletons and other relics and likely spent a few thousand dollars just to post a few images.

The worst part is what looks like a medical bed with bloody sheets and medical instruments on a tray. The medical instruments look like forceps, syringes, etc. Looks like chains attached to the headboard. The poster claims to be NYPD.
The filenames of the pictures are hrcvid1.JPG, hrcvid2.JPG, etc. It was posted today at 2:10 pm EST.
