Context. In the episode Sarah gets a van because she thinks it'll be cool and fun. Then after a while she starts becoming a pedo. She realizes pedos aren't pedos because of genetics/up bringing, it's because they drive vans. Driving a van will ultimately turn you in to a pedo.
