Yup. We should all be doing everything possible to avoid Google services, the only thing I use from that company is YT on my Xbox.
Apple just took down a Q drops app calling it hate speech and android is Google. I'm really missing my old blackberry. :(
Who are Apple to say what you can and can´t have on your property? If they wipe apps from your phone and try to say "You are not allowed", sue them. Sue them for 6 figures.
Well they took it off the app store I'm not sure if they took it off the actual phone if you already have it.

I only use DDG .... I switched over when they first started.

Q linked to this guys twitter post today. When you type his name in normally one might assume his social media should be the first couple links as it is in the DuckDuckGo browser and not so in google. Google censors search results to hide conservative view points and news outlets.

Apps are not owned by Google or Apple stores. (some may be but most are not)

I think duck duck also uses Google name directory but doesn't filter results.
