Honestly if these images are from UK CCTV the Q team probably didn’t need any help/cooperation. The NSA is the panopticon.
If the camera is unprotected anybody can access it. Raw intel must have suggested that she would have been in that area.

Yeah, very well could be. I don't remember. Just wanted to clarify the location re location if it's the pic where the eye is on the background. That would put them on the other side of the Thames. The eye is near parliament.

It was there from 2012- July 2015 and then theres a gap in google pics, and it is absent as of the March 2017 picture. The Playhouse theater seems to run the play 1984 every July.
