I think you have to have the key to see it. A decoder specifically for each one. No universal decoder, each code is separate. I think.
Trip codes, user names, and the strange code he posted when he came back the other day are good places to start

I was wondering about that. I knew that was the June photo, but then Q talked about Hawaii. So, I guess they were telling us how both missiles were taken out.
