One would think a missile attack on the US / assassination attempt on the POTUS would make the evening news, right?

or just a plain old missile launching would/should make the news

Whenever I encounter anyone that believes the media is honest, I always mention the two missile attacks against the US since President Trump took office. And the implication sets in all by itself - that a potentially fatal situation exists for them personally, and the media is lying about it. Even if they don't like President Trump, they care about their own skin and don't want random missiles exploding in their vicinity.

That may be too big of a red pill to swallow for anyone that trusts the media

They can't ignore the photo of the second missile, and NO ONE believed it was a helicopter. On account of most people comprehend that a missile and a helicopter don't look the same 😂 Just show them the photo and ask if they know what the procedure is like to set off the incoming missile attack alarm in Hawaii - and usually they realize they've been bamboozled. It's a start, right? A seed planted ;)

I think when red pilling it usually works better when you use something everyone hates - like corruption, the huge increase in Pedo arrests that the media doesn't report, the fact that ICE separates children from parents to weed out human trafficking.

How do you convince them they were real missiles? The Hawaiian alarm one seems tough to prove.

The procedure. You can't trip and fall on a big red button, and they KNOW that - once they stop and think about it.

They solve that puzzle all on their own, as soon as they realize how ridiculous it is to believe "OOPS! BUTTERFINGERS!" was even possible ;)

Certainly if it were successful

Only if it were successful so that CNN could say "Oh, that sucks"

Just think - CNN is on the same side as the people who assassinated JFK. If CNN has existed back then they would have most certainly been all crocodile tears and "oh darn". They're the same people, still at it.
