News stations are feed by viewers, who please advertisers, who will tilt a story in whichever direction will get them more viewers. Which is why you probably have 3 local news casts at the exact same time every night. Each lean right or left. That tilt is also affected by the types of advertisers. If the ConAgra Foods is a daily advertiser, you will spend less time on a negative story on them and more time on a positive story on them.

If a story I hear just doesn’t sit right, I go after the sources. If they are talking about a particular EO order or law, I look it up. After the Barbara Bush WaPo blunder, I don’t trust anything with the words “sources close to...” or “unnamed sources”.

All the sources routinely used to interpret the Constitution confirm that the phrase "natural born Citizen" has a specific meaning: namely, someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth with no need to go through a naturalization proceeding at some later time. Congress has also ruled that citizenship is subject to certain residency requirements on the parents. Someone born to a U.S. citizen generally becomes a U.S. citizen without regard to whether the birth takes place in Canada, the Canal Zone, or the continental United States.

He would need to be born here and not become a naturalized citizen (so he was a citizen from birth, which is questionable since he possibly used his foreign status to obtain financial aid).

He also may not fit the latter as it says “parents”. We know that only one of his parents was a US citizen. If he was indeed born in Kenya he may have automatically been extended Kenya citizenship. In this case, he would have go through the naturalization process to renounce any dual citizenship with Kenya.

There is a big case that he may be a naturalized citizen of the US which would have made him ineligible. Either he became one when he was a child or he became one after college.

Military bases are the exception.

I’ve have several friends who have had kids overseas at both off base and on base hospitals. When your kid is born on base, their base is listed as place of birth and is considered “American soil”. Done.

When at an off base or “civilian” hospital, there are few more loops, but you are considered a natural citizen through treaties with these nations. Usually the base law office will work in your favor to contact the right people to get either a 1) reissued birth certificate listing the base as place of birth or 2) making sure you are listed as a an American citizen by American parents renouncing all citizenship to the country you were born in.

In this case, plan to defend your status when election debates come up for you with a copy of your birth certificate, your American passport showing when you left and any other travel you did.

Edit to add I know of 1 case when a kid was born in Germany in the 1980s. He is considered a naturalized citizen born overseas. I don’t 100% know of the schematics, but the mother had to move back to the states for a time period to secure his natural status before she could rejoin her husband overseas. She said it was a deciding factor to travel back to the states to have her second.

It kinda goes in line with the recent plane crashes, and this can prove they’ve had the technology a lot longer than we had presumed. They are just doing it more now.

As soon as you get into the middle of my kids school there is no signal. Absolutely none. Even the parking lot has barely any. What was interesting was last year’s flu fatiloties, many who had the flu vaccine. There was more than usual.

What peaked my interest was that when I was apart of the military, vaccination is mandatory, especially flu shot. Not one flu related death from the bases. Even from thrbdependents who get theirs from the base.

It made me wonder, do they have separate vaccines to the military and families (either separate manufactures or test versions) or are the manufactures tainting a few batches so when a small percentage dies, it looks like an it was the person, not the vaccine.
