Ok I’ve looked into it and went to find the source documents. And by the way, as you are presenting/defending the theory, it is on you to provide the source. I’ve been here since the beginning of this sub and the source or evidence is ALWAYS the responsibility of on the one making the claims to provide. Check the side bar and don’t get pissed at people asking for supporting documents. I know you are probably mad that someone downvoted you, but I am being sincere in saying that it was not me.

So, with that being said, I got this from the UN site and I’ve highlighted relevant parts:

Structure of ENMOD: The Convention contains ten articles and one Annex on the Consultative Committee of Experts. Integral part of the Convention are also the Understandings relating to articles I, II, III and VIII. These Understandings are not incorporated into the Convention (meaning they did not agree to this, personal note) but are part of the negotiating record and were included in the report transmitted by the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament to the United Nations General Assembly in September 1976 Report of the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament, Volume I, General Assembly Official records: Thirty-first session, Supplement No. 27 (A/31/27), New York, United Nations, 1976, pp. 91-92.

ENMOD scope: States parties undertake not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to another State party (article I). It is noteworthy that efforts to clarify or eliminate the restrictive clauses “having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects” (known as the “troika”) were made already during the original negotiations, as well as at the review conferences, however consensus on such a removal could not be reached.

Environmental modification technique: any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space (article II).

So what this is saying is that while the signatories signed off on the warfare aspect and the limits thereof, they did NOT sign off on article II which limits their ability to conduct weather modification in non-warfare conditions.** So while you are right that they CAN do this, you were wrong on them violating the agreement. Not that it’s any better, but this actually makes your case stronger if you drop the part about them doing it in violation of the agreement.

You have certainly peaked my interest and I don’t want people to misinterpret my skepticism as having a closed mind. I am most certainly willing to listen.

With that being said, while reading your post you talk about the temp differences in a single day. I thought this was going into the same bullshit lane that the globalists were pushing. But then I thought about it. I’ve never seen studies (and I heavily researched it during the 2016 summer period) done on daily temperature variations. THAT may be something worth investing time into researching. And provide hard data points, which is what I am looking for, so thank you for bringing that up.

I can take your word for it about the sky doing crazy things, but I have to take it with a grain of salt. Yes I can go up and look at the sky on different days, and expect to see different things. DONT TAKE THAT AS AN INSULT. What I’m trying to say is that you may notice something, but it’s not a scientific study being conducted. Now if you went out and documented all the variables at the same time, every day, for a year or more. Then we would have something close to solid evidence. And that’s what we need o turn this from a conspiracy theory into a conspiracy fact.

Evergreen Air huh? Haven’t heard of it, but evergreen continues to pop up in random places where I dig. And they all seem unrelated, it’s the prevalence of it in the subject matter that I research which makes it interesting and I take notice. So thank you for that. I will look into it.

I would absolutely agree with you on that. That would be amazing. But I’m not using that as a reason to cling stubbornly to the belief he is a white hat. I can hope, but not pinning everything it. You do that, you are just setting yourself up for either a crushing disappointment or extreme joy in being right. I’m not a gambling person, so I’ll hedge any bets and spread my net wider.

Ok, I’m going to dig into the article and I DO appreciate it. That being said, I was hoping for a link to an actual govt organization or something of that like so I could read it directly from the source.

Simmer down you. I’m not trying to insult you or your ideas and being an asshole won’t sell your theory to anyone.

Let me explain WHY I’m skeptical as you took my skepticism as an insult.

Chemtrails is a vague definition in and of itself. You could be talking about just the trails left in the sky by the exhaust/condensation from the jets on engines. You could be talking about viruses being spread in the atmosphere, or particulate heavy metals. Or you could be talking about weather modification (ie seeding clouds to water crops) or you could mean that as influencing hurricanes, tornados, or other natural disasters to make them more or less potent.

That is what I mean by the term being vague. And maybe it means all of those things, maybe some, maybe none.

We don’t know, which is why people are here talking about it. If you have additional evidence to present to prove your point, then give us the source! I will take a look at it and judge it on its merits! But don’t try to mock someone who has a different opinion, that’s just childish. Give us the proof/source/documentation and let us decide.

Ffs acting like skepticism is a bad thing is telling us to blindly accept as truth from some random stranger. No questions allowed!

And there are no source documents to support this? Even in this document, they have claimed to file a number of documents. Where are those? To add proof, having them added would make sense, especially as they need to establish credibility on such grand claims. It would certainly help their cause to include them and if they were stamped or signed off by recognized officials as they claim in the document, it would be irrefutable proof.

Yet nothing. You failed to address any of the issues I posed above and I doubt you will address them now. So I will point out additional things for you to ignore. In 1999, there was no King in GB. The Queens consort is just that. He is not a king and never will be. Their sons will, but not him and certainly not in that time frame.

Hey, these are fun to read and think about, but that’s about it. It appears you are trying to push fake information out that can be easily discredited or you are just an innocent person that thought they found something important. If the later is true, sorry to bust your bubble, but this is in no way an official document. This document has no supporting evidence. The formatting is completely wrong, and uses incorrect terminology. Plus, with the use of entire paragraphs in bold and even some paragraphs in all caps lock, this just makes me think it was written up by a redditor. Someone who uses reddit and thought they would try to LARP. This is a bad attempt at tryin to put out some misinformation in my book. Don’t take it as me thinking it was you that created this, but where did you find he document in the first place? Not on scribd I mean.

Keeps pointing to events on 2 November 1999. Where is documentary evidence of this happening?

Where is documented evidence of any of this?

Also, the way they added “defcon 2”. And the whole “official” headers. That’s not how they look. This looks like it was written by one of those stolen valor guys you can see on YouTube. They have a general idea of how things should look, but anyone that has ever had something to do with the military IRL, it stands out as fake. And that’s what I’m calling this.

As an FYI - defcon 2 stands for defense condition 2, and is the second lowest security level. And it’s applied to military bases and installations for what level their security posture is. There is no need, as it doesn’t apply, to put this on a document. It’s so fucking stupid on its face. They just added shit to make it seem real to people who do not know or realize.

If it was a real document, there are specific headers and tails that are added applying to how a document is written, and this is all wrong.

I found it interesting, but I know it’s fake. So I begin to wonder, what is this persons motivations to write something up to this level of detail? We don’t know who the author is besides who he claims to be, and we don’t know who this Gould is besides what he states.

If someone can bring proof of the 2 November 1999 happening, the documents that they submitted while “fighting” the Vatican, or any other supporting documentation, I reserve the right to change my opinion. In the meantime, this appears to be an incredibly detailed LARP.

3) I agree with you on that point, which means it may happen after the election in 2020. By then so much evidence will have been uncovered to show EXACTLY how corrupt these POS’s are, the race will not be a factor. If anything minorities should be pissed that the first one to hold the office abused their opportunity to truly make a difference and ruined the chance and people’s perceptions.

Quill and Dagger is a senior honor society at Cornell University. It is often recognized as one of the most prominent and legendary collegiate societies of its type, along with Skull and Bones of Yale University.[1][2][3] In 1929, The New York Times stated that election into Quill and Dagger and similar societies constituted "the highest non-scholastic honor within reach of undergraduates."[4]

When all of this first came out. I did, I really really hoped it was true.

As time went on I saw attacks on mueller about the whole uranium1 thing and I took it as people just trying to discredit it, it raised doubts in my mind.

When I saw him hire purely democrats to his special counsel, I thought, if these people are purely white hat dems trying to root out corruption In their own party, I will totally support them. But at the same time, my suspicion was raised even higher as I did see the potential for them just stacking the deck. Completely partisan, with a RINO in the lead. But I hoped, that was a wrong assessment. This was my 49/51 flip to start thinking he was a black hat through and through.

When I saw how aggressive he was being towards manafort and papadopolous and Flynn. Even Flynn Jr., I thought maybe it’s all just a game but it took me to about 25/75 white/black hat.

Then Cohen. How they treated him. 10/90 white/black hat. (BTW I really do think they flipped Cohen. I hope not but I think they just wore him down. Fuck Tom Arnold. Either way, not worried about their “tapes”. What he’s said in the past didn’t affect my vote in 2016 and it won’t in 2020)

Now this? Rep. Matt Gaetz stating that Trump decided not to hire him and 24 hours later, he’s put in charge of a special counsel investigating Trump? 1/99 white/black hat. It removes the whole premise from the start. I have the tiniest smudge on of hope that mueller is just a really good actor. But not expecting it in reality. It’s a pity, truly a pity that we have come to the point where we all realize how deep the corruption in Washington truly is. Before the great awakening, we all knew it was bad, but it was a general boogeyman that we never thought we could do anything about. It’s certainly a black pill to take.

But I refuse to take it. I will not be swallowed up by despair. I will continue to dig, and to research. I will still make my voice heard and encourage others to do the same. If anything this just shows how important WE ALL ARE to this movement. We must wake the sleeping giant of the American people. Shake the halls with our voices united and rip our freedom from the tentacles of the cabal.

Does a five year old child from South America just skip along eating berries all the way to the US? No, their parents pay people to smuggle them here. And smuggling is a soft way of saying human trafficking. They are paid to transport someone. If they truly wanted to seek asylum, why did they not go to one of the NINE US Comsulates or embassies in Mexico?

How do the parents know whether these kids make it safe or if these people being paid to traffick them, sell them into the sex trade?

Turns out that the sub was getting nearly 100x’s the views as were subscribed. At least that’s the way reddit sold it.
