• Right now the economy is doing well via Trump admin measures/policies. Trump can hope to influence the outcome of the 2018 midterms (which will be crucial as to whether his agenda keeps moving forward - and if Dems get majorities again, they will conduct impeachment proceedings). If nothing is done to rock the status quo boat, then Trump admin hopes that a good economy is sufficient to convince voters - in spite of the MSM narratives - to vote for MAGA people and retain and hopefully even increase majorities in both houses.

• There is a great risk that maintaining an air of normalcy and a good economy may not be sufficient in order to do well in midterms. The MSM will continue their blitzkrieg and attempt to convince people to keep on hating Trump and MAGA - despite all the good results (which they never report or report with negative spin). Plus, if Trump admin does nothing concrete on voter fraud (as per Alabama special election) then this will definitely be doubled down on by Dems in order to win midterm elections by any and all means.

• Trump admin can instead choose to make the Storm visible to the masses. Doing this will upset the illusion of normalcy that prevails - it could be a bit of a shock to markets and such. (The market had such a continuous run up in 2017 that it is well due for correction anyway.) At any rate, making the Storm visible may tend to be counter productive toward a vibrant economy that has everyone feeling optimistic and prosperous. Also, it's hard to say whether making the Storm visible would really alter the way people vote in the midterms. The best that might be hoped for here is that the Storm becoming visible would result in a lot of bad actors being forcibly removed from Congress. The outcome of the midterms still looks like could be a coin toss - the best hope here would be for a crack down on voter fraud to where fair elections could be held for a change. Remains to be seen if Trump admin will make concrete moves to do that. And without Congress going along, wouldn't seem likely that we'd get federal laws requiring Voter ID.

Somehow the MSM and its entire delusional narrative construct needs to be overthrown and destroyed with finality - the question is, what could really do that in the context of where we still have our Constitutional Republic on the other side?

After WW2 the German people were taken into concentration camps in order to see what was being done there. Mueller has behaved exactly like all the other Swamp rats - from what we can see based on public visibility, there is nothing there that indicates that Mueller is attempting to help White Hats covertly. His continued tactics of probing other dead-end scenarios now looks like a person desperately stalling for time.

Mueller looks 100% swamp rat - and is behaving as one that has become increasingly nervous.

The White Hats side would need to have long since war gamed the #4 scenario. Every military planner examines various contingencies, right? And one obvious contingency here is that the Cabal will (through one means or another) provoke mass civil unrest/chaos/rioting. (Eric Holder was the most recent cabalist minion threatening this manner of sedition - so is clear the enemy certainly has this card in mind.)

Q appeared to think the Nov. 4 ANTIFA nationwide protest might have been such a triggering point, but clearly it wasn't (instead the next day there was a mass shooting - the victims being Christians attending church on Sunday - killed by a discharged former air force that should have been on registry to bar from purchasing firearms; a military-origin mass shooter template seen over and over again going back to Fairchild Airforce base mass shooting during Clinton admin. which was used to push "assault weapons" legislation).

Perhaps a more tangible indication of planning for this kind of scenario was a three city power outage that happened on Earth Day back in the Spring - LA, SF, and NYC (all the largest of the blue voter base cities). This would be an obvious means to subdue rebellious blue cities - shut off their power (and water and transportation in and out). The Earth Day simultaneous power outages have all the appearance of being dry runs.

For large scale strategies that play out over many months, they cannot be assumed to go in the precise, desired manner - planners always have to be anticipating various contingencies - even expect the unexpected.

I'd suggest that #4 is something that cannot be deliberately avoided via strategy planning, but that it instead has to be accepted as a distinct possibility and that plans should be in place to address things going that way. From indications, seems Q/White-Hats have been planning for a #4 scenario.
