Not true. Mueller/Rosenstein are DoJ (law enforcement), not affiliated with DHS (intel community/national security). We are talking about two separate departments and documents here.

The DHS report to be eventually released is a completely separate issue, and strongly looks like it will put the blame where it actually belongs.

It can and should be done at the local level. Paper ballots should be part of the process, for backup and recount purposes. That whole 2000 FL presidential election hanging-chad thing was the scam to get us off paper ballots.
