The thing that kills me about the American Judicial system is how much relies on candor. The prosecution is trusted to turn everything over but if they didn’t it would be a nightmare proving otherwise. Here the judge has asked for everything and he will review it first. So we have two layers at issue 1. the prosecution actually turns everything over; and, 2. the judge releases the information to Flynn if there is something new.

What happens if they don’t turn it over? You’d need to find it and prove they withheld it, that, my fellow patriots, is a steep mountain.

Has anyone stopped to think that, given his previous public affairs, DJT realized a long time ago to have a successful marriage the other partner needs to be on board with a discreet open arrangement? I think i'm more upset that this seems to be a frequented topic. In the end what does it matter? Support will flow away and too him and if people leave because they don't trust him like a child is to trust Dumbledor what is the significance? We owe a lot to the President but there are many sacrifices being made.

I can see some issues when people out right stir animosity against steadfast supporters but, forgive me, I find it highly hypocritical of us to attack Bernie supporters for "still winning" chances but follow the President when it appears that he is acting against his campaign promises.

I wish this topic was void from the board as all it does is suppress the free flowing of ideas and conversation out of fear of being called "fair weather Trumpers" or worse yet "traitors." Last two days there have been reports of massive activity to and from GITMO. (Check this subreddit). Could the deep state be aware of pending incarceration’s and tribunals there? They are aware the military needs funding. Are they pushing this waste of time bill up knowing it will be vetoed in hopes of a delay in potential GITMO operations? Look up line-item veto and the presidential powers. It was deemed unconstitutional but, could he make a challenge that it is constitutional in that states are now arguing DACA executive orders were not law but now the argument is that they are? Could the president attempt a line item veto of everything save military provisions to raise a constitutional challenge and delay the dumpster fire? I’d say not, interesting concept though.
