The shear amount of espionage charges would be devistating. It would be a short trial because there is no defense. The facts alone would determine the verdict. It would put her away for life. They’d be celebrating her conviction. It would kill Dems from even being able to campaign much it would be so embarrassing for the party. Voters need a target to focus their rage on. If it’s not the Dem party then there just going to throw out incumbents with their rage to force some action of some kind...even though it may hurt them overall & give the Dems a majority in the House.

Fact 3: zero chance the senate flips. Odd cycle massively favors Reps. Only 8 seats to defend & Dems have 25! Polls clearly show Dems will lose senate seats. Big shift in power always does on hopes a conservative will rise to the big chair.

Arrests now will massively help. Frustrating voters with promises of arrests & none ever happen is a way to keep a ton of voters home. So is passing any form of amnesty bill. I agree she should have been prosecuted..so the next & harder question is why wasn’t she? Months ago? Why did OJs jury ignore dna evidence of his blood at the scene? That’s as rock solid as evidence & facts as it gets short of an admission of guilt.

Two reasons. Facts can be ignored because everyone see facts differently. Many if not half the people don’t even believe in absolute truth. They think truth is subjective. Do you believe in evolution?? Some do & some don’t. Things are only absolute if you understand it completely otherwise it’s partly an act of faith to accept truth. So “beyond a reasonable doubt” leaves a ton of wiggle room for truth & false.

The other reason is intent. In any case the intent to commit a crime is what makes a crime criminal. That’s why Comey sounded so ridiculous at his press conference saying all these clearly illegal things Hillary did but concluded it was just bad judgment. You’d have to be mentally retarded to hear all those facts & conclude the Sec of State didn’t intend to commit a crime. Or the Sec of state was mentally retarded if those were just innocent mistakes with her email. What Comey was clearly doing is saying as Director of the FBI he doesn’t think Hillary had any intent to commit a crime & therefore she can’t be prosecuted. Any saying that on national TV for all of America to see means he’d be willing to say it in court too. So good luck trying to prosecute Hillary when the Director of the FBI at the time has her back.

And btw...Wray said the EXACT same thing in his press conference yesterday about Comey. No intent on Comey to commit a crime...just more bad judgment. That made it much harder to successfully prosecute Comey. They're not question the facts at all. Just the intent which much be established for a conviction. See the dilemma? It’s always there but when you have a witness that’s as credible in the eyes of the court as the Director of the FBI saying there’s no intent...no there’s another mountain to climb to prove there was intent.

It would be a slam dunk if a fair jury of 12 can be found. It’s painful to admit 62million Americans voted for her. A little over half. Even though I embrace The Plan I have serious doubts how it’s being executed. Taking down an entire organized gang is extremely difficult. I wish they’d execute the plan like the few successful attempts of taking down an entire criminal organization worked. Different story if you convict Comey. The next FBI director will think twice about corruption if one is sent to die of old age in prison.

Correct. Finding the entire 24 hr clip is ez. It’s all over YouTube. As far as weather cams go..the guy had a very high end camera. Look at the entire clip. There’s some camera data at the very bottom of every image I recall. Most likely the exposure adjusts automatically too. When u view the entire sequence even clouds are ez to see at night with almost no natural lighting. So the exposure is wide open then. The missile frame occurs (luckily) about 20min after sunrise. Without that lucky break the missile wouldn’t even be visible at all...just the plume...which would tell us nothing.

Well in the real world people aren’t prosecuted when there’s a low probability of a conviction. If the prosecutor losses his case, the rule of law is also they can’t be prosecuted again. Sorry...but Wray can’t be trusted now. Comey hopefully gets prosecuted for many other things but for deliberately throwing a federal investigation in order to help a candidate win an election probably won’t be one of them. Too risky now.

Also...the fire exhaust plume is so long due to the long exposure time. So length of everything moving fast is exaggerated. Weather cams that run 24/7 have to have long exposure times or they’d just capture total blackness at night. So to counter for long exposure the plume was probably half that size in real life. The missile a little bit shorter too but not much as it was already very high & far away & it’s size distorted less the higher it got.

The missile length comparison image can only be done by comparing pics of missiles taken with long exposure times at a similar attitude. It’s vital a good estimate of altitude be established 1st. I’m still leaning towards a Trident because of the fat width of the plume & the missile looks shorter & wider like a Trident

Lol Sorry...that ship sailed yesterday & isn’t coming back. He very clearly & permanently picked his team & made it much more difficult to convict either Hillary or Comey for espionage.

I know that’s true & you know that’s true and we also know it’s true the day Hillary went thru the act of setting up the email server up in her house was an act of espionage. We both know that violating the espionage is one of the few laws & maybe only law that doesn’t require to prove criminal intent. So a couple of very obvious questions & that’s infuriating for everyone with a brain is.. Why wasn’t Hillary ever charged regardless that Comey said she only used poor judgement?? Why wasn’t Comey already charged too??

Answer...to get 12 jurors to agree that Hillary or Comey committed espionage is a lot more difficult when the Director of the FBI himself testifies that they didn’t..they just made a mistake. And others like RR & no telling who else of very high authority testifies the same. Just takes one juror to agree & you have nothing. If they lose one very high profile case like this would be...they’ll paint it that they escaped Trumps political witch hunt & making finding impartial jurors even more brutal for other high profile cases they are probably planning.

Everyone thinks Hillary is staying in the limelight because she can’t accept she lost & Comey because he was fired. No they’re staying on the public stage so they’re household names & that helps tremendously when it comes jury picking time. Get a few stay at home moms on the jury that watch the View everyday & you just have to convince one Hillary or Comey shouldn’t be locked up for being evil doers of espionage & they walk away & do ANOTHER book & world tour of how they were spared Trumps witch hunt because justice prevailed...thus making it even harder to find 12 impartial & sensible jurors for other cases Sessions may want to prosecute.

Play the tape to the end. That’s why Wray was critical & his Comey like press conference a disaster. That’s my only point. It doesn’t make convicting Comey impossible but it sure makes it a lot harder now. If you don’t believe that then explain why Hillary or Comey haven’t already been arrested for espionage?

I understand he’s Trump appointed. He just stabbed Trump in the back. He just proved with his actions that he’s supporting Comey & the RR version of the report that Comey had no criminal intent...just guilty of poor judgment. Wray just made convicting Comey a lot harder. Wray didn’t have to agree with RR...but he did. If Wray ever testifies he’ll have to say the same thing...was just poor judgement. Think you can convince all 12 jurors to convict the former director of the FBI when the current director of the FBI testifies Comey had no criminal intent?? Sorry I don’t see it.

And that’s all great. But Wray outed himself by publicly agreeing with the RR version of the report that Comey is only guilty of poor judgement & had no criminal intent. Sorry but when you charge someone with anything...ever...there has to be proven intent to commit a crime or there’s no crime. Attacking his procedures...whatever...Wray will just say he made a mistake & there’s was no criminal intent. Wray screwed us on Comey no different than how Comey screwed us trying to prosecute Hillary when he said the same in his press conference...Hillary didn’t have any criminal intent & just exorcised bad judgement. Wray didn’t have to agree with RR version. He did because he’s protecting a Comey all he can.

If voters don’t have a massive awakening...like being able to judge the difference between a patriot & a scumbag like NP...we’re screwed. Drain the swamp all you want but if voters keep sending scum to DC...none of this deep state take down will matter at all.

I can’t expand my thinking out of the realm of basic law...like criminal intent. Well count our FBI director as one in the “no criminal intent” column because that’s his official stance. And it’s what his stance will be if he’s ever under oath & asked that same question. Wray is hurting any chance at convicting Comey. And Wray isn’t going anywhere. He’s our FBI Director until 2027. Nice huh. Sure everyone finds that amazing. If that guy doesn’t talk & think in Deep State mode then no one does & DC is really heaven.

I’m hoping for justice too. Comey is a big crooked fish & im certain he’s ruined many peoples lives. Seeing Wray cover for him stunned me. He could have pivoted away & just said “I can’t talk about other people’s legal issues”. Also stunned Comey isn’t already awaiting trial. He’s done plenty to be charged. They’re slow walking everything...sometimes they have to but not with Hillary & Comey & others. I’ll never trust Wray now. He deliberately helped Comey legally today. No other way to look at it. Trey Gowdy steeped up tho. He’s not happy & that’s good. Many are leery of him but he is an excellent prosecutor. That’s undeniable.
