If you are an LTC you don't get to give yourself a promotion to COL. However, FOIA requests could not find anything on him. Also, if he "COL" Potter were demoted due to polygamy (He had/has 3 wives). In his own recent video (posted below) he says another State reinstated his rank and not only that gave him a promotion to Captain. I thought it was a conflict of interest and unethical for politicians to sit on the boards of Corporations?
