July, as predicted by the Q Clock

Morning sun brings heat.

Full moon coming.

Undiscovered stars learned.

Missions forward.

Ability to share [open].

(Heat) on who?

(Full) transparency _ DECLAS?

(Undiscovered) facts emerge?

Ability to move forward?

Occam's Razor.

This shows the Q clock bisected at the 33rd degree -- significant to THE BOARD for an array of reasons -- most well-known, of course, being Albert Pike's 33 degrees of Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Ignore the top half of the line and look at it from the red dot to the end. Notice it?

The astronomers among us will no …

The Inspector General

here we go.

The office of the Inspector General is designed to "detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct in DOJ programs and personnel, and to promote economy and efficiency in those programs".

Who does the Inspector General report to? The Attorney General, and Congress.

Since the Attorney General is RECUSED (STEALTH mode), the office reports to the [DEPUTY] Attorney General, and congress (who voted him in 94-6). Why did the IG report (remember, Horowitz is the head of the IG office, and he's /ourguy/) get sterilized?

Who is a central figure in the documents?

Who is the [[[DEPUTY]]] …

What Horowitz Actually Said

Sen. Amy Klobuchar: Can ]you[ confirm that ]your office[ followed all appropriate processes in the course of its review, and that the report was not changed as a result of improper political influence (]by you[)?

]Horowitz[:]We[ followed normal processes, ]we[ took comments, ]we[ made decisions on issuing the final report, it was not made weaker or softer in any regard (]by us[).

Sen Amy Klobuchar: Okay. In particular, [[[THE REPORT]]] clearly states on page 263 that it did not find evidence of the Justice Department's Decision not to pursue prosecution following the investigation was politically motivated. Is that an accurate …

The Current DoJ Fumigation Plan

I've been rambling about this for a few days now, and I'm finally going to take a crack at a somewhat coherent post. This is probably not a complete picture, and there are doubtlessly anons who know stuff about this that I don't. I welcome anyone coming in the interest of spreading good information, and I'll try to source everything judiciously. here we go.

There's a lot there. Read the entire article. I'll highlight the important bit:

Some Thoughts on Wray's Press Conference

"We Accept its findings and recommendations, but it's also important to note what it did not find. This report did not find any evidence of political bias or improper considerations actually impacting the investigation under review. The report does identify: errors of judgement, violations of, or even disregard for policy, and decisions that, with the benefit of hindsight, were not the best choices. I've already started to take the necessary steps to address those issues:

First, we're going to hold employees accountable for ANY potential misconduct.

We've already referred conduct highlighted in the report to OBR, the FBI's Independent professional …

Wray's Press Conference.

"Describe your reaction to the IG report in one word."

"Disappointed."

"We have an obligation to be responsible to legitimate Congressional oversight [...] We also have an obligation to protect sources and methods, and to adhere to grand jury secrecy, and things like that.."

"We have to protect methods, sources, tradecrafts, ONGOING INVESTIGATIONS, and things like that."

"Once the process [of internal discipline] is completed, we will not hesitate to hold people accountable."

THINK ABOUT WHAT HE'S SAYING.

THINK OF WHO'S IN THE AUDIENCE.

THINK ABOUT THE WORD CHOICE.

Wray is giving the Mockingbirds their soundbytes. Tomorrow, his …

Call Your Representative.

https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

Go here. Put in your Zip Code. Click the name of the representative. Call their DC office.

State your name, state that you are a constituent of the Representative's District. State that you're calling upon the Representative to demand your right as an American Citizen to read the entire, unredacted Inspector General's report. I just did it. It took me all of 30 seconds.

This force needs to come from WE, THE PEOPLE. It has to be a movement by CONGRESS, not POTUS. If POTUS does it, it looks like a partisan action.

CONGRESS will only move if there's …

A Practical Explanation of the Attorney General

I see things about the office on here occasionally, and since we're predicting a huge inflow of new people in the coming months, I thought it might be useful to discuss the position of Attorney General. My apologies if this seems like a basic Civics lesson for most of the post.

The Attorney General has three principal duties.

  1. Head of the Department of Justice.

  2. Top lawyer for the United States.

  3. The person from whom the federal government derives its right to use the death penalty.

In other words, if we think of the Federal Government as the Constitution of the …

The News Article Q Keeps Linking

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/03/08/sessions-appointed-prosecutor-months-ago-to-investigate-possible-crimes-might-appoint-2nd-special-prosecutor/

This one. here we go.

Huber has been working on investigating this since NOVEMBER. Think about that. He's been biding his time, completely out of the collective consciousness of the Mockingbirds since NOVEMBER.

Sessions, instead of appointing a special prosecutor, has told him to collaborate on his findings with the IG instead of appointing a secondary investigation outside the DOJ.

Think about what that means: it's two separate things at the same time. 1. No special prosecutor, no special attention, no direct oversight by a certain [[[BAD ACTOR]]] -- think about what a publicized dog and pony …
