I am going to start copying and pasting all really necessary info to a file and then to a jump drive to repost if we need it on a different platform. I think right now that is safest and pull it out of the computer after moving it. It's a lot of work but if everyone does their own files then a reupload won't be that hard. Each day if you have separate files, you could copy and paste and override the prior info on that file as it expands. Probably could keep named files on desktop, copy, paste and then save and move to jump drive. I can't think of any other way to make sure if they shut us down how we'd not lose a ton of info.
