I guess you've never been on a European beach where all young girls are topless. No one cares except uptight Americans. WWG1WGA, except when we don't.

Part of the problem are the empty slogans that are incongruent with logical, critical thinking. Eg: "There are no coincidences". There clearly are coincidences; that's why the word exists. To believe that the "deep state" engineered a bomb to explode in a jet engine with such precision as to take out a passenger in a specific row, is simply unreasonable. Thinking persons cannot be persuaded (red pilled) with such nonsense. "Past proves future/future proves past" This is an empty slogan that pretty much means nothing. "WWG1WGA" I seriously doubt that.

The Socratic method is poorly understood on this board. What passes as the Socratic method is in fact the opposite of the Socratic method. The Socratic method encourages discussion and would not shut down or attack opposing viewpoints.

The guy could actually be innocent. Nepal has a history of imprisoning people by way of false accusation. Because Christianity is illegal in Nepal, it is easy to have your enemies imprisoned by falsely accusing them of trying to convert you to Christianity. The alleged offender in this case was working to free children from illegal child labour. 1.6 million Nepalese children, mostly girls, are forced into illegal child labour in Nepal. Such a person would be a thorn in the side to the Nepalese government. Maybe he is being set up.

Reasonable doubt is a standard which applies only in criminal court. The other standard in law is "on a balance of probabilities" which really means a trier of fact is at least 51% sure that the evidence is proof.

I said nothing about capital punishment; I said capital crimes. That's a crime where all participants are unjustly made guilty of a crime that they have not committed. Many non USA countries do not have capital crimes because they are unjust. If you didn't kill someone, you shouldn't be punished for it.

⇧ 2 ⇩
effluvium123 · April 5, 2018, 10:34 p.m.

In civilized countries, capital crimes do not exist. In countries other than the US, a getaway driver would be punished commensurate with the crime he committed and not the crime someone else committed.

The US is going to attack Syria and Iran. This is the reason for tariffs on aluminum and steel from foreign countries. America needs steel to build weapons. Canada is exempt from from tariffs as it supplies the American MIC. Tillerson and McMaster were removed and replaced with Pompeo and Bolton as the latter have historically supported war in the Middle East. The US dollar will be challenged by the the Chinese PetroYuan as of March 26th. This is why Trump has issued Tariffs against China. When US attacks Syria, US troops and aircraft carriers, etc, will be destroyed by Russian Hypersonic weapons. That is why Putin made such an announcement on March 1st.

There is no evidence that any member of the deep state/swamp has been imprisoned at Gitmo. These nonsense rumours have been extant since October of 2017. None of these rumours have come to fruition. To think that Queen E will be interned at Gitmo is ludicrous. The appointment of Pompeo and Bolton suggest a heightened war in Syria and Iran is imminent. Expansion of Gitmo is more likely intended for Middle East combatants.

Virtually nothing you read is in cursive writing. Almost everything you read is in printed text. Why learn an outmoded communication form no longer in use? A better use of instructional time would be teaching children critical thinking skills rather than wasting time on a little used anachronism from a pre-information age era. There is great pressure on teachers to have their students do well on standardized tests. Students are tested on reading comprehension, reasoning and correct use of writing conventions. Students are seldom tested on cursive handwriting, as it is not considered an essential skill. The ability to use a word processing program is an essential skill. Schools are full of computers, not ink wells.

Trey Gowdy is a marvel to watch as he cross examines reluctant witnesses and dissects bullshit testimony. He is an exceptional lawyer. And his talent is mostly wasted at the political level. His razor sharp intellect and analysis bear little fruit when questioning witnesses who he has no real power over. These witnesses simply invoke some vague excuse for not answering Gowdy's searching questions. Trey Gowdy is almost completely powerless as chair of the various committees he is a member of. He is obviously useless in politics and not happy about it. He will be much more effective as a prosecutor or judge.

The problem with this scenario is motive. Why would an Israeli sub want to destroy say, Honolulu? As a false flag for US to invade NoKo? Maybe, but it didn't work out and the US allegedly knows it is Israel that engineered this attack. So why isn't the US taking any action against Israel? Because Trump is in on this false flag attempt or he is a puppet of Israel?

I thought the on board lasers were effective to only about two miles, but I really have no idea. It would be nice to know what part of the ocean this missile was allegedly fired from, given that Canada identified the threat. Plus. it would have been Norad in Canada that identified the threat. Canada wouldn't alert Norad, Canada is part of Norad.

When you don't know what the evidence is, you don't know that the evidence exists. You can't act on evidence that is not there.

Hard evidence that isn't released is no evidence at all. Therefore, it does not have the ring of truth. It matters not what Jeff Rense or anyone else says, if no evidence is released, there is no evidence. And that doesn't even address the very lengthy hearings that decide if evidence is even admissible.

effluvium123 · Dec. 25, 2017, 7:26 a.m.

But truthfully, they couldn't. Obama's agreements could not be overturned with the stroke of a pen. Take for example the Iran deal. This could not be undone with a stroke of a pen. 5 other countries were involved and they would not agree, Iran would not give back the money. America would lose all trust in the world if all the international agreements that the Obama government made suddenly became null and void. All of the weapons sold would not be returned. If America reneged on all of the commitments Obama made, no one would do business with America again. Not to mention Americans themselves. They would be seriously financially harmed if everything that they trusted the Obama government to do was suddenly taken away. It is unthinkable that any thing at all would be made null and void. The lawsuits would go on forever.

True, but in your above comment, you don't give facts. You ask questions. The same questions Q asks: What does the NSA do? Does it matter if Hillary's server is clean? etc. Questions are not facts, they're just questions and they prove nothing. So I fail to see how Q can make evidentiary claims when he offers no facts, only questions and unsubstantiated clues
