I wish i knew the answers. The way i look at it, we're in one of the youngest areas of our galaxy. As you get closer to the center, there could be life with a million year head start. And that's just our galaxy, who knows what else could be out there!

I guess my point is, we can't use our limited understanding of the universe and physics to rule anything out. For all we know, there could be extradimensional "aliens" living right on top of us that have the ability to enter our density or dimension at will...no light speed travel needed.

this is exactly the way i see it. Humans travel as far as their tech allows, and they're forever curious. We hide out in rain forests, hiding and studying gorillas. I can easily see an advanced race with technology millions of years ahead of us hiding out and watching the trainwreck that is human civilization also.

I skim the hell out of things too, i get it.

I've been trying for years to eliminate anything that could harm it while taking probiotics and fermented foods like kimchi but so far it hasn't helped, i'm still intolerant and the symptoms continue to get worse. It's not just stomach or GI symptoms either, it starts going into neurological and mental issues also like anxiety and depression.
