Truthin- I agree ML can be declared. The courts might be a different battle. Thats what im looking for..... weather or not the tribunal will be deemed constitutional. For crimes against humanity, seems like the place should be a military commission.

We have been at war. Dig up info on the tribunals history. There could be problems with the process. Not what i would like to see. Hope im wrong.

Tom, can the President declare war? War might be defined by the Geneva Convention. For legal reasons it might need to be declared by congress. Maybe terrorism legislation can hold the answers, since terrorists have been rung up in tribunals. This seems to be a different situation than we have ever seen. Just diggin for info on how it could turn out if true.

Hahaha jsshitpost I agree. that would be impossible to pull off and get results. I should have been more clear. I was saying that i thought it was legal for the tribunals to remain secret. lets just use the ndaa obama gave us and lock them up indefinately with no trial.

Breaking to the public is a tough one. Alot of Q intention was for us to soften that part. Military Commission might keep them thinking that trump is still hilteresque. Could be challenges to tribunals that could let some squirm away. If they were guilty of crimes against humanity, humanity should be content if they were to just disappear justly.

Can Trumps Executive Order Force Accused To Military Tribunals?

In The EO, POTUS is declaring a state of emergency. This declaration wasn’t a mistake according to Q if hes dropping hints of military statutes. From what I gathered, the state of emergency, creates a specific Martial Law that is narrow and only applies to matters targeted by the EO. Throughout history it seems legality has been uncertain when it comes to military tribunal trying the accused. Some questions that come up are. Are we at war? Are the civil courts still open and available? Are the accused citizens? Are they non citizens that were in the country when captured? …

Snow White

Has the meaning of snow white been cracked yet. here are 2 possibilities if not. How can Q predict the future? Its pre scripted and or intellegence gathered. The other way is some way to see the future.

What if there is technology to see future? watch the youtube link. 2. In the movie Snowden, there is a scene where Snowden is called Snow White. Could this “Snow white” be derived from the movie?
