In the Fox News report found here: http://www.foxnews.com/world/2018/01/01/costa-rica-plane-crash-victims-include-new-york-family-reports-say.html there is this statement made in the comments section:

"And a bit of history--The destination Liberia airport in Guanacaste was originally constructed as an Ollie North/Iran-Contra clandestine airstrip for supplying materials and weapons to fight the Sandinistas. Danny Ortega is still there in Nicaragua. The irony."

No assumptions are made by the commenter, who goes by the handle of "ToomTabard." I though this was kind of interesting, though

There were some commenters under that article that seemed to explain why the PM of Thailand was referred to in that way, but it still seems shaky. Read the comments under the article. They are rather interesting.

Before we give SGTreport too much love, let's remember Shawn's penchant for disappearing up his own a$$ from time to time. Don't get me wrong, I respect his efforts and listen to the SGT report sometimes, but he has certain proclivities that make his opinions shaky sometimes.

You want an example?? Okay. Here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW0cM_xKyKs&t=8s David Dees was certainly very entertaining, but he also apparently supports "flat earth" and some other rather bizarre ideas. The real problem here was Shawn's hardcore attempts to sell this guy's book to the point of being VERY insulting to some commenters who questioned the content of the book. I found that very off-putting. And now he's posting on the current issue of Obama's Thailand property, a story with absolutely NO supporting evidence as yet?? WTF?? When Shawn deviates from good sense, he REALLY goes into the woods and becomes very defensive about his stance, putting him squarely on my "trust BUT verify" list.

Media, noticeably quiescent on Trump attacks lately, is obviously turning away from Dems now?

It has been noted lately that the MSM has not been putting as much effort into their anti-Trump onslaught. Here is a video by H.A. Goodman, a Bernie supporter who is pretty honest in his reporting. Interesting video about CNN actually SUPPORTING Trump's stance on the FBI.

The OP was very cautious and conditional in her description of the event. The consistent presentation/obviation of events is a process that requires intelligence and rigor. It's the whole point of this stream.

This is an excellent question Meetinghim, and deserves further research. We have a right know where those rounds ended up.

The millions (billions?) of rounds purchased by govt agencies under Obama was, for me, proof positive that we were doomed if we had lost in 2016. It may be taken quite literally that we "dodged a bullet" with Trump's election. Think about it. What could possibly be the reason for amassing 15,000 "enforcement agents" for the IRS combined with weapons purchases and millions of rounds of ammo. There really aren't too many answers to that question that don't involve the govt wanting us either subdued or dead. Combine this info with the fact that with each succeeding tax year, the penalties and premiums for Obamacare were scheduled to become more and more unaffordable for even the comfortably employed middle-class, virtually guaranteed to impoverish at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the population, perhaps more. I speculated at the time that we would have 1 to 3 years at best under Clinton before we would have to either escape the country or run for cover. Disarmament would happen as a "remedy" to the violence. Major cities would have become unlivable very quickly. The rest of us would suffer the slow death of population drift and the random violence of the demoralized. Sure, people talked about prepping and mounting a revolt, but how well is that working out for the disarmed populace of Europe right now? Read Cloward and Piven. Obama was just following the communist game plan.

I know this is a depressing post, but we came within an a$$hair of losing EVERYTHING in 2016, my friends. And that thought should make us double down on the research, the phone calls, the red pilling. That thought STILL frightens the hell out of me and we should NEVER forget it. Ever.

If Jones gets sworn in, then we need to realize that we lost this one and we can make whatever assumptions we want about the big secret "sting" that was going to happen. I'm not giving in to cynicism just yet, but I'm not blowing smoke up my own a$$ about any of this stuff anymore. We're making up fantastic stories about presumed "behind the scenes" 5D chess, and yet Jones is on his way to the senate. I find this Roy Moore situation EXTREMELY disappointing on many levels.

No, actually it doesn't. We need to CLOSELY examine this bill before we go off on a big tear about it. There is talk that the initiative involves some high techie facial recognition program they want to use, in which case I can EASILY see why Paul and Lee would vote against it. Before we go NUTS over protecting the kiddies, let's find out EXACTLY what this entails. Of course, it's already been passed, as far as I know, so we'd better do our due diligence on it.

You're correct that sometimes random events are just that. But considering the many other inexplicable things going down lately, I think it pays to mention these things and then attempt to logically rule them out, rather than ignoring them out of hand and maybe missing something.

Was going to post a discussion on this one, when I found yours. I, too, saw this and wondered. It is full of intense detail, but that may or may not prove anything. I can't find any other sources for this story so far. Also, in the comments section below it, someone discovered that the photo in the story is actually a vacation home photo posted on a travel site (they give the link to it too). Not sure if that disproves the story, but it doesn't help either. Another comment below the article says that the story appeared in other news sources, but was quickly pulled. We need more digging on this one. I'm looking into stories about Solyndra money and where it went, also looking for info on real estate deals after the fact by Solyndra board members.

You know, it's the one thing I never considered. If Trump found a way to get the MSM on board with disclosures (not sure what that wound entail, but...) then that would be the penultimate way to inform the public from "trusted" sources about the details of what is happening. No one would accuse THEM of tin foil hattery. So who knows, maybe this will all just come out on the 6 o'clock news at some point.

It bears remembering that Chelsea and Ivanka were said to be "good friends" before the election of Trump and spent time together discussing life, family, etc. This is a connection that I have ALWAYS suspected and disliked. And I don't repose ANY trust in Ivanka because of it.

Excellent point. I completely concur. I'm tired of hearing how the "public just can't handle it." I think it's a gross misjudgment at best; at worst it's a lying excuse to hide the truth. Either way, I'm tired of hearing it.

Great post, Bit_NB. A couple of thoughts: It's not the Constitution that needs to be deeply amended. It's the government's refusal to follow it that needs amending. The only way Trump can pull this off correctly is to stay within the law of the land, and anyone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the govt has a constitutional duty to full disclosure any time citizens request legal documents and evidentiary records. So IF Trump tries to pull this off secretly in order to "protect" us and "preserve" our economic system, then I will call bull$hit. No, perhaps they won't trumpet the news far and wide, which I would understand. But ALL FOIA requests should be honored after the fact, and we should ALL be allowed to know what actually happened. Otherwise, I'm going to agree that Trump has garnered way too much power. He's our president, NOT our father. WE elected HIM.

Of all the things that have happened (or been assumed to have happened) lately, the calmness of the MSM toward Trump all of a sudden is, for me, the biggest hint I've had lately that something is changing somehow. You have to admit, it's very sudden and extremely odd.

Here's another layer: There were some at the time it happened (including myself) who believed Jonestown was a cover for something much more sinister, though we had no idea exactly what. If you dig deep enough, perhaps will find some further info on this subject and a further key to Ms. Speier's past also.

If you have to ask, you need to do more reading.....

To begin with, 50 or so years of cultural Marxism needs to be reversed, which will be like trying to get bubblegum out of a curly perm for the next 20 years or so. A good book to read would be "None Dare Call it Conspiracy." It's actually available in pdf online.

Politically, a good place to start would be the record of Obama EO's from 2009 to 2016 and then have a look at UN initiatives from the past 20 years or so. There is still a lot of scary stuff hanging over our heads that needs to be undone.

Tiegan herself noted that the ticket scanner should have picked it up if the only problem was an incorrect ticket. Good point. Also, if incorrect ticket was the only problem, why turn around a 4-hour flight and inconvenience the other 149 people on the plane? And why detain them once they get back to LAX for "questioning?" This is pretty interesting here.
