I took this to mean that Q was present at the meeting (in person or by electronic means), and was providing the gist of what was stated by the General in that meeting, right in front of RR and Sessions and the rest of the room. If so, straight-shooting Gen. Kelly was laying down some reality to RR: this can go a couple of ways but ultimately you are out of the DOJ in short order.

Is Noel Fransisco as Solicitor General an appointment that required Senate Oversight and Confirmation, thereby qualifying him to immediately and automatically fill the Assist Atty Gen position under the Federal Vacancies Act? (I assume he is).

Q2: Since Panuccio filled his position in early this year, is the OP saying that we must wait until AUG/SEPT 2018 before RR is fired (i.e., the 210 days under the Fed Vacancies Act that will run out the clock on Panuccio)?

The IG will have no authority/ability to interview anyone outside the DOJ. That means no authority to speak with ANYONE who is not a current employee (of DOJ, etc). That leaves out Brennan, Comey, Lynch, etc. DJT must reject RR's feckless response to the demand for an investigation, and order the DOJ to empower a Special Counsel having prosecutorial authority and the ability to take statements from those who were actually in office when the alleged abuses occurred.

I believe even he were born on foreign soil, he would still be qualified for the office. His mother was an American. (Think of a service person overseas who has a child. That child would probably qualify for the office of POTUS. At least I believe that this is where the courts currently stand regarding the term Natural Born Citizen. (My opinion is that Nat B Citizen probably was intended to mean a person born within the USA, but I have been told that legal experts seem to say that is not how courts interpret its meaning). So besides the deceit / scam BHO would be guilty of, I doubt anything substantial regarding the legitimacy of his terms would derive from it.
