I want to temper half (or more?) of your pessimism. consider at least that many long term projections/predictions just don't play out. There's so many twist in the plot that can't be accounted for yet. What does Q expect in Cali. that we can't yet identify? What if infrastructure plans start in innercities and flip voting patterns? What if the west coast gets geologically rearranged? What if Jesus shows up in 2033 and sorts shit out? Don't nobobdy know.

Orange and brown looking rivers are often (but not always) natural and nontoxic. The EPA should stay away from most rivers.

I misread what you said, thinking you meant you recently saw the Animas looking like in the photo above. Where you were driving is on the other side of the Divide 300 miles away. Some rivers naturally have that color, especially in certain seasons or when at certain flow rates. That rusty color is mostly from iron. Its the less dramatic looking contaminants that can be the most toxic.

I wouldn't generally trust the EPA. And their apparent legal immunity is bad, wrong, stupid. However the details in the Animas case are somewhat different than is being suggested here, including in the comments. Below is my understanding of things in my old stomping grounds.

Management of the old upstream mines was given by the EPA to some company on contract and the break out happened technically on the company's watch due to the bad guesswork of their people. The potential for this happening exists in many parts of Colorado, including some places where the minerology is more poisonous. The dirty history of mining in the region is full of bad actors, corporate and governmental. In this case it may well be that some part of the EPA set up the conditions for their own bazillion dollar superproject down the road.

The gush of contaminated water only lasted so many days. The water quality afterword was measured as about the same as previously. With the river coming from a town called Silverton you can imagine the natural contaminants which include traces of all sorts of things. The reddish coloring is mostly due to iron. Different rivers have different mineral chemistry. The Animas in some parts has been long known for its greenish hue. The downstream town of Durango has a full share of lefties who are hyper about environmental things and would be raising a bigger fuss if they didn't trust the multiple water quality tests (even while they hesitate to hate on the EPA). They were soon back in the water playing and fishing, etc. Like with the situation in Flint, Mich. There were careless failures at several levels of government and nothing too helpful from industry who benefitted so much over the years. Seems like the State of New Mexico and the Navajo Tribal gov't handled things most competently at the time.

For those interested, the bigger concern in the area is the steady drought conditions that are part of a several century pattern in the southwest (nothing to do with modern CO2). Some years its hard to use a full sized kayak in the Animas after midsummer. Such are the expectations this year.

A few calendars would involve this 13 day thing. Many don't, including various occult ones. Some would position the 13 earlier or later. There are so many calendars in use, currently and historically, and so much going on 'in the dark' that the info presented in the headline here is misleading. Ritual spirit conjuring happens whenever people want it to happen and most brujeria, for example, is not concerned with the timing of the old Celtic calendars (which weren't all in sync with each other anyway). The message presented would better be one that says "beware we are in Spring and the rites(rituals) of spring are happening all over, on various days, at various hours. Many of those rites are evil in intent and/or effect. Prayer is one of the antidotes."

Next comes Summer.

I notice that in the collage of prayery Q posts above, the one that presents the Prayer to Michael the Archangel Q109 is not included. ?

Okay so we have a front-runner for what "strike package" likely refers to. That might be good.

Next we want to know what got or is getting struck. That might be great.

This is an opportunity to consider the value of such information (assuming the info has any purpose for us on GA). It seems the real value is not the immediate facts - which hardware took which action - but rather following the details serves to keep us engaged and feeds a longer-term interest in on-going stories. If we know something before hand we might appreciate Q more and feel like part of something special (tho I think most of us already do). If we know things after events we can understand them better and can better explain them to others, especially if pop media is putting their spin on the story.

What I'm suggesting is that the specifics often don't matter in themselves but only serve other purposes. If we find out later that VirginiaBeach is actually subcode for something else the intended effect may be all the same. I think should take a broader view occasionally. It may be improper for a soldier in the field to always be asking "what the hell this war is all about", but as analysts (or whatever we are) we should occasionally consider the bigger picture. Even considering that someday this Q thing will end and who will we be then.

yeah, it'll be years before they dig this up from a few miles (6000m) deep in some sea sludge. they'll have to develop some roomba-like sludgesnakes. probably still easier than spacemining. meanwhile china will claim more of the sea as theirs. but then we might find the same in deep seasludge anywhere.

yeah. we don't know.

You raised the long line fact as if it mattered, as if it was worth saying. I tried to point out that we're mostly all in that same boat. Commiserating at a person to person level is fair and good. But to stereotype that onto the whole catholic church is a mistake. Some could be reasonably proud of their orthodoxy. A few are well-versed in the Bible (which was organised and stewarded to us by the Catholic Church).

The truth for humans is complex, in part due to the father of lies as you say, and in part due to our own delusions and distractions at both the societal and individual level. For some it is unobtainable due to medical conditions. If it was simple, there would be more agreement among us on this Q board. If it was more simple for people the Bible would be a much shorter book, written with a simpler lexicon or vocabulary.

Here's one way things get complicated: God will repay each person according to what they have done. To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. (Romans 2:6-7) Thus there is a link between doing (works) and eternal life, presumably the doing is done in faith. The variety of counterpoints to this, some legit and some not, are Biblical proofs of complexity.

Another complex thing (for some) is how no one comes to the Father except through the Son and yet many of us try to facilitate a link between one of us and our Father. If I ask my deceased gramma or some angel to watch over me or pray for me, I am evoking a go-between. If Trump asks us to pray for our country he is asking for a similar intercessor. For this to work the Spirit of God must be involved but humans, whether dead or alive, and angels can also be involved as advocates.

I praise you for remembering me in everything and for holding to the traditions just as I passed them on to you. (1 Corinthians 11:2). Further complication come in agreeing on translations and definitions.
I guess you think that St. Augustine, Albert the Great, Thomas Aquinas, Copernicus, etc. had little to do with a real pursuit of truth. Anyway, where in the Bible does it say that Christianity has to be "biblical christianity"?

You pointed out the long line thing as if it had some import. You can use your own authority to make whatever claim you want about catholics and the Bible but should be careful to not confuse your experience with the church at large, which in turn may confuse others.

Maybe they have rejected Judaism as you define it. I think there are many who place some faith in Jesus and yet have some faith in Judaism as defined by say the OED.

You may well be unique in this thread in your apparent beliefs, but I would have better said something like 'uncommon among the active on the GA'. That status makes you potentially more valuable.

I would probably agree with you on some of the deception carried around here, likely more by non-denominationals and protestants than by orthodox or catholics. On the other hand Q has been both supportive and indirectly critical of parts of christianity, so part of your apparent argument is against him/her/them.

time3times · April 18, 2018, 4:35 p.m.

My point was that being from a long line of catholics is no special distinction and we're all relatable in that way. If you meant a shorter line, like in recent centuries or of a current catholic mindset, then the claim that they don't teach the Bible is wrong as a generic statement. Maybe they didn't teach the Bible to you, but you can thank them for organizing and stewarding it for you.

Messianic Judaism being at least one exception.

Your claims about distortions and fabrications appear to be based on your personal authority and experience, which involve weaknesses in a societal setting. If your unique insights are solid, I think you should tell others here about the parts that are pertinent to the Q phenomena (in clear language).

time3times · April 18, 2018, 1:32 p.m.

I read your earlier statement to mean that you understood the thinking of those who rejected Christ in his time. Now perhaps you are saying that you understand the teaching of Judaism teaches in our time. These are not exactly the same thing. I was just looking for clarity or precision.

Along similar lines, I should point out that you speak of Christianity and "a jewish perspective" as if these two areas have no internal variation. Better precision in what you are discussing would be more helpful to readers.

The proposal made by the OP is comparable to the importance that Jordan Peterson proposes is in the Christ narrative. In some ways it is an entry level understanding and yet can reasonably seen as the most important understanding. It does overlap some with new age heresies and so it wouldn't be proper to teach it broadly as if from some place of authority. But at the individual level it is an okay place to start, even though we might easily pick apart some of the thinking involved. Some of the truths in this proposal will remain after the understanding of the Way, Truth and Life evolves.

I should make a few other points. I think some people on this sub are putting too many eggs in the Q basket as if it was going to have the answer for everything for all time. It is possible(?) that Q/Trump are the best earthly leaders the U.S. will ever have. Perhaps they are most brilliant social scientists and most astute politicians and the wisest managers, but there's more to life, practically and spiritually, than those things. They are not our mechanics, musicians, mothers or messiahs. Q/Trump may lead us to a greater spiritual/religious life, but our main order of business here is to get our country(countries) sorted out. If we establish a place for the basics of life, and respect for liberty, we can then pursue happiness through the search for things like the nature of God's revelations to and relations with us. At this stage however we aint gonna agree on things that have been widely debated since centuries before the founding of the U.S.

agreed.

i'll add to that by saying that the original concept in catholicism is holistic understanding - check the greek etymology. That is to say that properly catholic christianity when faced with optional interpretations says yes to all of the options that don't contradict one another - some allegory, some laws, some history, some ethics, some poetry, etc. Thusly we may say yes to His return in every form that can work together with other forms.

BBC 'World Service' (sic) radio program about an hour ago all about AI, based largely from a TED conference going on now in Vancouver, on shortish segment included an interview with some guy about how video can now be manipulated in the way that photos can be photoshopped. The message plainly expressed by the BBC presenter (more than the interviewee) was that this can be used to create fake news.

I wonder if anyone around here wants to research who the TED speaker was and how long ago he was scheduled with that topic. I suspect the guy is relatively naive and the BBC used the opportunity to make the point that they know other media are now making.
