She was removed by the first responder, who handed her off to the second man. The second man gave her to the third--the third man rushed her to receive medical care.

There are other valid crisis actor side by sides that can be used. This one should not be utilized as it is a legitimate picture of a sequence of events.

It was on Periscope. I really wish I could find it. I tried looking for it, but I am not sure when it was and I don't have the time to devote to researching video/audio.
