I saw an online post today and it said, "We are drowning in information and starved for wisdom." That encapsulates where we are today on Covid-19 vaccination.

People throughout the world have been bombarded with information 24/7 for a year about Covid - lock downs, masks, vaccines and more and yet wisdom is in scant supply. So how has it come to pass that seven billion people on the planet are now being asked to take experimental injections of messenger RNA vaccines to protect against coronavirus. Let's just marvel for a moment at the idea that the human race rarely if ever has done anything together in lockstep and yet populations around the world are walking almost in lockstep towards COVID-19 experimental vaccination. This has only been made possible by a perfect legal storm.

I explained last year on January 30 at the World Health Organization announced a Public Health Emergency of international concern, the very next day the US secretary of Health and Human Services, Alex Azar declared a Public Health Emergency in the United States on March 17th. He retroactively declared that the impressive liability shield of the PREP Act would take effect January 4th.

The PREP Act or the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act is an extraordinary liabilities shield that Congress enacted in 2005 to protect manufactures, healthcare providers, and government planners from liability during a declared emergency for covered counter measures such as tests, drugs and vaccines. Today there are two Covid vaccines in the United States that the Food and Drug Administration authorized under the PREP Act. These are Emergency Use Authorization (EAU) products, the Pfizer Biontech Vaccine and the Moderna Vaccine. Let's be clear, the FDA has not approved these vaccines for a license. It has authorized their use having decided that they "may be effective" not that they are are effective, that they "may be effective" against this coronavirus public health emergency. But, there's a catch the FDA can only authorize proper countermeasures when there are no adequate approved and available alternatives. Many countries including the US, apparently have effective therapeutic interventions like Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc and other treatments that have been sidelined. Doctors research articles and news article advocating these interventions were censored. Could there be a connection between this uber suppression and the need to justify these vaccines as the only available alternative? This question deserves searching scrutiny. States even the U.S. Military may not mandate Emergency Use Authorization products. These products must be subject to consent and refusal. When military, years ago, tried to mandate EUA anthrax vaccines the Federal Court said "no" the soldiers could not be forced to accept experimental or investigational vaccines. The CDC officials have confirmed many times this year that state institutions cannot mandate these messenger RNA vaccines. Why? Because the U.S. has long upheld the first principle of the NUREMBERG Code that the consent of the individual is absolutely essential in any scientific experiment and make no mistake these vaccines are experimental.

So why would it be so advantageous to pharmaceutical companies governments and healthcare providers to have these experimental products be under an Emergency Use Authorization? Well, because bottom line they are risk free to these actors who are driving this operation - in practice completely, totally, extraordinarily risk free to them but not to you?

Here are the basics under the PREP Act if you are to be injured or die. You have to apply to a government administrative program the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, not a court. You have to apply within a year if your injury appears 366 days after injection; tough luck, you pay your own lawyer. There is no hearing, if you loose there is no appeal, everything is on paper, nothing in person, no witnesses, no experts, no published decisions from the program, no reserved fund for compensation and this program will pay people based on compelling reliable, valid medical and scientific evidence and just how much of that evidence do you think exists today? Remember, the clinical trials for these products are still ongoing and both companies have already started to vaccinate the so called "control groups." Will there be any reliable and valid evidence on which to base compensation decisions anytime soon? I doubt it. At best, what we know historically this program has compensated under eight percent of all petitions.

So is there any way to get to a court to review any compensation decision from this tribunal? Well sort off. Let's say that you wanted to sue one of the manufacturers because you think they knew or should have known that the vaccine would kill your loved one, what would you have to prove? You would have to prove that the defendant had willful misconduct; which means the manufacturer intentionally tried to achieve a wrongful purpose, knowingly without legal or without factual justification and induce regard of known or obvious or say so great as to make it highly probable that the harm will outweigh the benefit. So that's already an incredibly high burden. Just to pile it on you'd have to prove this according to a standard of clear and convincing evidence, you would have to bring your case in Washington DC regardless of where you live, you would have to argue to three judges not one, with very little opportunity for discovery to get information. Here is the kicker - Health and Human Services (the very organization that authorized the emergency and the emergency use product), or their defense attorneys and the Department of Justice would have to first initiate an enforcement action against the manufacturers. Do you see this in your face conflict of interest, the very organization that authorizes these EUA products is supposed to pave the way for you to sue the manufacturer - with which it enjoys a very cozy financial relations. When hell freezes over, may be the out phrase here. The Federal government does have a passive reporting system that already wrapped up over 11,000 injuries and 500 deaths from these two vaccines since mid-December but we know historically that this system catches only a tiny fraction probably one percent of all vaccine related injury.

Congress didn't pass the PREP Act without opposition, twenty senators rightly called for its repeal, saying that the law could be used to allow manufacturers of virtually any drug or vaccine to escape responsibility for gross negligence and even criminal acts but worst of all commentators have observed that 'because liability for willful misconduct requires knowledge the manufacturers are actually incentivized to know as little as possible about the true risks.

So in three months of observation how much could the manufacturers or anyone else truly know about the long term adverse events or the effects of these vaccines? The answer is almost nothing. This new mRNA technology does not arise out of the vacuum. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the four biggest vaccine manufacturers Pfizer, MERCK, gsk, SANOFI have all been funding biotech firms including those manufacturing the Covid vaccines today looking for the next big thing in vaccine profits.

Please don't think for a minute that the push to vaccinate the world will be over with Covid-19. The leading biotech hubs with backing from the biggest manufacturers have over 65 mRNA vaccines in the pipeline. New vaccines are coming to countries near you and soon.

And just who are these giant manufacturers leaping forward towards the next great technology through this massive roll up? The big four, Pfizer, MERCK, gsk, SANOFI have all paid out over 33 billion dollars in criminal and civil fines for falsifying data, bribing doctors, and lying to the public, so here we are in this perfect legal storm with governments around the world pushing experimental, liability free, serious medical interventions, on all people including incredibly fragile and vulnerable people under the banner of safe and effective when both of those propositions are flatly false.

These vaccines are not proven safe they are experimental, meaning that their true safety is unknown - with that some people at the FDA believed that the benefits outweighed the risks. These vaccines are not proven effective they "may" be proven effective that is all. No one will have liability for what happens with these products but you. If something goes wrong, I use the acronym YOYO - you are on your own. Doctors won't likely know what to do if you are injured and there will be no compensation for you for loss of bodily function, lost employment or lost loved ones. What does a "safe and effective" vaccine look like?

Hundreds of doctors and scientists have studied vaccines, their ingredients, and the physiological mechanisms affected by those ingredients. The following criteria, and the rationale for these criteria, are the results of their work. Vaccine industry spokespeople say vaccines are safe and effective. But are they?What Does a“Safe and Effective” Vaccine Look Like? A vaccine should be tested against a true placebo (inert saline). Prescription drugs are required to be safety tested against a placebo. However, vaccines fall under the category of “biologics” and are usually not tested against an inert saline placebo. For example, Merck’s HPV vaccine was tested against a dangerous aluminum adjuvant, which can trigger autoimmune disorders. A safe vaccine should be tested long enough to properly track adverse events including those discovered in post-approval surveillance. Known adverse events like autoimmune, neurodevelopmental, and chronic conditions can take months or years to be detected. Yet, most vaccines are monitored for side effects for a period of only two to five days, as stated on the vaccine insert literature. As an example, Merck’s hepatitis B Vaccine, given to one-day-old infants, was only safety tested for five days.

Experimental mRNA and DNA gene technologies should undergo years of testing before being used on the public.This mechanism of action for a vaccine has never before been approved.

There should be a minimum of 10 years of careful research before any such technology is used on a wide scale basis on the public.

DNA vaccines are designed to make permanent changes to an individual’s DNA.

mRNA vaccines have an inflammatory effect and could potentially lead to autoimmune events.

Vaccines should be free of mercury, aluminum and nano-metals.Hundreds of peer-reviewed studies prove mercury is not safe. There are no safety studies that show that it is safe when used in vaccines. Although mercury was removed from most vaccines, it is still present in multi-dose vial presentations of the flu vaccine.

Aluminum is a known neurotoxin which can induce neurodevelopmental disorders, brain inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. A two month-old child receives a single-day dose of aluminum that exceeds the FDA’s maximum allowable dose by more than 50 times.

Vaccines should be free of adjuvants proven to be dangerous, including but not limited to squalene, aluminum, and PEG (polyethylene glycol). An adjuvant is a substance added to a vaccine to elicit a stronger immune response. The introduction of bio-chips and nano-technology agent by vaccine is a new frontier being explored by tech companies and military research agencies such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Claims are they would create a communications interface between a person’s biology/physiology/psychology and outside technologies. No one knows the short or long-term effects.

Vaccine manufacturers should not have liability protection. A 1986 act of Congress granting liability protection to vaccine makers creates profitable incentives to rush vaccines to market and ignore potential safety concerns.Vaccine makers need to bear the primary responsibility and financial liability for ensuring that their products are safe. The GA State Bar has thrown the kitchen sink at me.

The GA State Bar accuses me of wrongdoing for every lawsuit filed across the nation asserting election fraud.

The GA State Bar attaches the lawsuit filed by my former office-sharing colleagues but not my answer denying the allegations. That case is being litigated and is unresolved.

The GA State Bar attacks my social posts, even impliedly mocking my public statements of my religious faith.

The GA State Bar accuses me of being responsible for the January 6 “insurrection” in Washington, DC.

The GA State Bar accuses me of making false accusations against Pence, Roberts, & Rosenstein but fails to mention the interview of the credible whistleblower which I provided to the Bar 2 weeks ago which supports my statements.

Armoured vehicles deployed to major Myanmar cities after mass protests

Security forces in Myanmar opened fire to disperse protesters at a power plant on Sunday and armoured vehicles rolled into major cities as the new army rulers faced a ninth day of anti-coup demonstrations that saw hundreds of thousands on the streets.

Soldiers were deployed to power plants in the northern state of Kachin, leading to a confrontation with demonstrators, some of who said they believed the army intended to cut off the electricity. The security forces fired to disperse protesters outside one plant in Kachin's state capital Myitkyina, footage broadcast live on Facebook showed, although it was not clear if they were using rubber bullets or live fire.

As evening fell, armoured vehicles appeared in the commercial capital of Yangon, Myitkyina and Sittwe, the capital of Rakhine state, live footage broadcast online by local media showed, the first large-scale rollout of such vehicles across the country since the Feb. 1 coup. The government and army could not be reached for comment.

The U.S embassy in Myanmar urged American citizens to "shelter in place", citing reports of the military movements in Yangon. It also warned there was a possibility of a telecoms interruptions overnight between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. As well as the mass protests across Myanmar, the country's military rulers were faced with a strike by government workers, part of a civil disobedience movement to protest against the coup that deposed the civilian government led by Aung San Suu Kyi.

Trains in parts of the country stopped running after staff refused to go to work, local media reported, while the military deployed soldiers to power plants where they were confronted by angry crowds. The junta ordered civil servants to go back to work, threatening action. The army has been carrying out nightly mass arrests and on Saturday gave itself sweeping powers to detain people and search private property.

But hundreds of railway workers joined demonstrations in Yangon on Sunday, even as police went to their housing compound on the outskirts of the city to order them back to work. The police were forced to leave after angry crowds gathered, according to a live broadcast by Myanmar Now. Richard Horsey, a Myanmar-based analyst with the International Crisis Group, said the work of many government departments had effectively ground to a halt. "This has the potential to also affect vital functions – the military can replace engineers and doctors, but not power grid controllers and central bankers," he said.

Hundreds of thousands of people protested across the nation after a fearful night as residents formed patrols and the army rolled back laws protecting freedoms. Engineering students marched through downtown Yangon, the biggest city, wearing white and carrying placards demanding the release of ousted leader Suu Kyi, who has been in detention since the coup and charged with importing walkie-talkies. A fleet of highway buses rolled slowly through the city with horns blaring, part of the biggest street protests in more than a decade.

A convoy of motorbikes and cars drove through the capital Naypyitaw. In the southeastern coastal town of Dawei, a band played drums as crowds marched under the hot sun. In Waimaw, in Kachin state, crowds carried flags and sang revolutionary songs. Many of the protesters nationwide held up images of Suu Kyi. Her detention is due to expire on Monday. Her lawyer, Khin Maung Zaw, could not be reached for comment on what was set to happen.

More than 384 people have been detained since the coup, the monitoring group Assistance Association for Political Prisoners said, in a wave of mostly nightly arrests. "While the international community is condemning the coup, Min Aung Hlaing is using every tool he has to instigate fears and instabilities," activist Wai Hnin Pwint Thon from the UK-based rights group Burma Campaign UK said on Twitter, referring to the military ruler.

Residents banded together late on Saturday to patrol streets in Yangon and the country's second-largest city Mandalay, fearing arrest raids as well as common crime.

Worries about crime rose after the junta announced on Friday it would free 23,000 prisoners, saying the move was consistent with "establishing a new democratic state with peace, development and discipline".

"He's mad at some folks, but I understand that," Graham said during an interview on Fox News Sunday.

Senator Lindsey Graham during an interview on Fox News Sunday said that he had spoken to former President Donald Trump after the Senate voted to acquit the nation's 45th commander-in-chief of the single article of impeachment.

"Yeah, I spoke to him last night," the South Carolina Republican said. "He was grateful to his lawyers. He appreciated the help that all of us provided." Graham noted that Trump is "ready to move on and rebuild the Republican Party. He's excited about 2022."

"He's mad at some folks, but I understand that," Graham said.

Host Chris Wallace brought up Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's speech in which the Kentucky Republican sharply condemned former President Trump but said that he did not believe it is constitutional to impeach a former president.

While McConnell did not vote to convict Trump, the lawmaker lambasted Trump during a speech after the Senate vote. "The House accused the former President of, quote, ‘incitement.’ That is a specific term from the criminal law. Let me just put that aside for a moment and reiterate something I said weeks ago: There's no question, none, that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of" Jan. 6, McConnell said.

"If President Trump were still in office, I would've carefully considered whether the House managers proved their specific charge," McConnell said later during his speech. "By the strict criminal standard, the President’s speech probably was not incitement. However, however, in the context of impeachment, the Senate might have decided this was acceptable shorthand for the reckless actions that preceded the riot. But in this case, the question is moot because former President Trump is constitutionally not eligible for conviction."

Graham during the Fox News Sunday interview said that McConnell's speech will show up amid the 2022 election cycle.

Graham said that McConnell "got a load off his chest obviously. But unfortunately he put a load on the back of Republicans. That speech you will see in 2022 campaigns. I would imagine if you're a Republican running in Arizona, or Georgia, or New Hampshire, where we have a chance to take back the Senate, they may be playing Senator McConnell's speech and asking you about it as a candidate," Graham said, also noting that he anticipates GOP incumbents facing the questions about whether they will back McConnell in the future.

The Senate voted on Saturday 57-43, falling short of the two-thirds majority needed to convict Trump on the article passed by the House last month during Trump's waning days in office.

New York Times retracts claim that Capitol police officer was killed by Trump supporter with fire extinguisher

"New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police," the Times wrote.

The New York Times issued a correction on Sunday after it was revealed that the Capitol police officer who they reported had been killed by supporters of former President Donald Trump after being bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher actually died of a different cause.

"UPDATE: New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police," the Times wrote.

"Law enforcement officials initially said Mr. Sicknick was struck with a fire extinguisher, but weeks later, police sources and investigators were at odds over whether he was hit," the story now reads. "Medical experts have said he did not die of blunt force trauma, according to one law enforcement official."

The article had initially stated that Sicknick died "from brain injuries he sustained after Trump loyalists who overtook the complex struck him in the dead with a fire extinguisher."

The paper used anonymous sources to substantiate their claim.

The article was later cited by a variety of mainstream media outlets without questioning the reporting of the paper. His death was even brought up by Democrats during Trump's impeachment trial in the Senate.

Investigators have found no evidence of trauma sustained by blows to the head, and nobody has been arrested in connection to Sicknick's alleged murder.

In fact, Sicknick had returned to his job after the Capitol riot, and texted his brother that aside from being pepper sprayed twice, he was otherwise "in good shape."

According to Capitol police, Sicknick later had a stroke. It is now being investigated whether he inhaled bear spray, and whether that may have contributed to his sudden death.

Guinea Declares Ebola Outbreak With at Least 3 Deaths

Health officials promised rapid delivery of vaccines and other measures after confirming seven cases in the West African nation, which was the origin of the largest outbreak of the disease ever.

Guinea is fighting a new outbreak of Ebola, health officials in the West African nation said on Sunday, with at least three deaths in a region that was previously the starting point for the world’s worst epidemic of the disease.

The three who died — two women and a man — were among seven people who fell ill with symptoms including diarrhea, vomiting and bleeding after attending the burial of a nurse in the country’s southeast on Feb. 1, the Health Ministry said in a statement.

Officials confirmed an outbreak on Sunday after a laboratory found the virus in the first three samples it tested from the patients.

“The government reassures the people that all measures are being taken to curb this epidemic as quickly as possible,” Guinea’s Health Ministry said on Sunday in a Facebook post.

The government asked people to report any further symptoms to the health authorities and to follow hygiene and prevention measures. It also said it would accelerate delivery of vaccines to the region and open a center to deal with detected cases.

The resurgence comes as West Africa is still grappling with the coronavirus pandemic and after the Democratic Republic of Congo also found new cases of Ebola, three months after health officials said they had eradicated Congo’s last outbreak.

Guinea had not seen an Ebola case since 2016, when it came to the end of an epidemic that began in its southeastern region in 2014. That outbreak, the deadliest so far, spread through neighboring Liberia and Sierra Leone, eventually infecting more than 28,000 people in 10 countries and killing more than 11,000.

Since then, though, researchers have found new vaccines, treatments and rapid diagnostic tests, as well as new ways of responding to outbreaks.

“Given these new tools, plus the fact that qualified Guinean health workers, who already have experience responding to Ebola, are on the ground, we hope to be able to control this outbreak quickly,” Nicolas Mouly, program manager for emergency response at the Alliance for International Medical Action, said in a statement.

The alarm was raised much faster than in the 2014-2016 outbreak. Local health workers identified the cluster of cases, and teams of contact tracers have been quickly reinforced.

“A lot of lessons were learned, including the need to involve the communities from the beginning,” said Dr. Georges Ki-Zerbo, the head of the World Health Organization in Guinea. This includes traditional healers, who are often the first port of call for people in rural Guinea seeking treatment for illnesses.

The first person known to have died in this outbreak is a nurse, but that does not necessarily mean she was the index case. Contact tracers will try to find out how she contracted the disease.

“It is not unusual with Ebola cases to have health care workers in the first cases to be reported,” Dr. Ki-Zerbo said. “It is important to know in what circumstances she may have become infected.”

Dr. Matshidiso Moeti, the World Health Organization’s regional director for Africa, said Sunday on Twitter that she was “very concerned” by the reports from Guinea and that the agency was “ramping up readiness and response efforts to this potential resurgence.”

Spread through contact with an infected or recently deceased person’s bodily fluids or secretions, the Ebola virus causes a hemorrhagic fever with an average fatality rate of about half, though two vaccines are now available against it.

Vaccines are being prepared for shipment to Guinea, and should arrive in the next few days.

The vaccines are not meant for routine use, and so are not automatically administered to people living in rural Guinea, Dr. Ki-Zerbo said. Instead, once there is an outbreak, they are targeted at the population living within a certain area.

Sen. Graham says ‘Biggest winner of impeachment trial is Lara Trump’

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday that GOP votes – especially that of Sen. Richard Burr – to convict former President Donald Trump in the impeachment trial opened the door for Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump.

She’s got a real shot at the North Carolina Senate race, Graham said.

“The biggest winner of this whole impeachment trial is Lara Trump,” said Graham on “Fox News Sunday.”

“My dear friend Richard Burr, who I like and have been friends with for a long time, just made Lara Trump almost the certain nominee for the Senate seat in North Carolina to replace him if she runs, and I’ll certainly be behind her because she represents the future of the Republican Party,” he said.

Burr said he will not seek reelection in 2022. He was one of seven Republican senators voting with Democrats to convict Trump for the riots on Jan. 6 to storm the Capitol.
