So, I started reading the David Irving classic masterpiece "Hitler's War" out loud while recording, and I'm here to share that result with you. Like the subject line says, this is not professional; especially during the reference, and awkward foreign (to me) name heavy introduction concerning Mr Irving's methodology, and reasoning, I have a difficult time reading straight through sans mistakes. Also, as the subject line alludes, this is not a thread about "Hitler's War". I want anyone with the will (and voice) to read aloud to do so, and share their recordings. Any books you think are severely lacking an audio form can have that form if only you start recording yourself. Help spread important information to the time constrained and illiterate. If you couldn't give less of a shit about them, well, reading aloud has personal benefits too, as you are much less likely to be distracted from the book you are consuming, and necessarily your comprehension will increase. You will remember what you read with greater clarity. Also, exposing yourself to critique is good for your backbone. We all need to be harder (don't be childish) in preparation for the times ahead.

Only have one chapter of "HW" for you today, but it's an important one. This is the chapter that discusses explicitly whether Hitler knew about the jews being "liquidated" (shot dead) outside Riga under Himmler's authority. Personally, I wouldn't give a fuck he had ordered them shot dead, because they had proven themselves a genuine threat to the German people at that point, and to this day Jews have proven themselves the enemy of all peoples. So, I think arguing from a point of personal principles, wherein you lay out clearly who your allies are, why, and why their safety matters more than jewish lives, is more important than whether or not Hitler tried to kill all the jews. Still, this is the chapter that takes a giant dump on the (((official narrative))) of jewish victimhood.

Yeah it's a natural thing. Reason be is because when you speak you hear your own voice differently than when you record it and hear it back. It creates discomfort in your brain but it is a thing you can overcome as you get used to hearing yourself back.

I was planning to record myself reading Adolf Hitler: The Ultimate Avatar as soon as I get it in the mail but English isn't my native tongue plus the book is huge and complex (then again complexity is natural with Miguel Serrano's works).

This is an important book, and a good lead in to "Churchill's War", which I will also read to you (unless someone with a sexier voice does so first). You may think that in war time the enemy is the enemy and killing any under their banner is justified, but the nature of WW2 was hidden from the public, and, as this book shows, even from the people fighting it. People who should have been collaborators ended up destroying each other's civilizations for the benefit of an alien parasite. The whole thing was a tragedy. Hopefully we can learn from the mistakes that the best of those times made in their glorious effort to break free, and then maybe we can see their ambitions for the future rekindled.

After taking a day's break from reading aloud, and listening back to some of my early recording, I threw up a little bit in my mouth, so I've begun recording over again the offending chapters. I know some people found comments I made in my first attempt at the "Introduction" endearing, but I've redone the whole thing (new version is 10 minutes shorter) with much greater competence for ease of comprehension. It is central to the philosophy of National Socialism to not just overcome challenges but to seek out new ones, because human ambition is infinite. Satiation is impossible. This doesn't necessarily imply hostility toward any and all "others", but everyone aims to attain 1st place. Germany was/is surrounded by stiff competition all vying for control. Hitler did want peace, but what is the purpose of peace within the context of the above quote? It's to gain an edge.

It can be exhausting for someone who doesn't talk much, like myself, but it's a parental skill worth developing. Imagine all the audiobooks that haven't been recorded by parents reading to their children.

Glad you're enjoying HW. I rerecorded the first 4 parts, but many of the following chapters are from when I was still developing a skill for this, so the HW reading goes from most competent to less, and gradually more as I get closer to the end of the book. People have told me it's listenable, but I know it's definitely not consistent. Will redo chapters from oldest to newest gradually, because HW is the most important of the books I've read so far.

Listened to civil war II at work. There is something intimate and enjoyable about listening to someone read a book out loud. I enjoyed the book, but mostly disagree with the conclusions. But, while I was at McDonalds it was entirely filled with spic migrant workers speaking their filthy language and it did kind of rile me up listening while seeing the spics all around me.

Finally completed another chapter of "The Lightning and the Sun". It was a long one, so I wasn't excited about doing it, but it's an interesting account of Genghis Khan's rise to power. I really like the point she makes about Temujin's practicality; always doing what needs to be done, rather than cucking to a a sense of honor that would cost him his survival. "Conservatives", and many of the more ideological that comprise the nationalist movements of today could learn a thing or two from this man's drive. We need to do what it takes, not what is "acceptable". Survival of our people is the highest morality.

Two more chapters of Goebbels up (parts 43 and 44). These are the most interesting so far. Getting into the meat of the war and the handling of the jews. Also, after most of the book documenting what unlikable little rat Goebbels could be, we get to see him do something extremely important, and compassionate for the German people when, against the the wishes of the incompetent and corrupt government and military leaders, he gets the people to donate direly needed winter gear to the troops in the Eastern front.

Four more chapters of Goebbels up. Not much book left. We're well into 1943 and things are starting to look bad, but this is where JG shines.

Had others in the Reich command been as ruthless as Goebbels, they might have given the herculean push necessary to defeat Stalin, and end the war.

And another 4 chapters. We've made to the "Total War" speech, and allied bombings of German cities. Naturally, as everyone suffers, Goebbels finally feels useful, and uses the horrors to earn back his lost prestige. A shame the world had to get so dark for JG to achieve greatness.

Goebbels star rises ever higher as he orchestrates the retribution for the attempt on his Fuhrer's life. It's outrageous how many followed that rat Stauffenberg into such treason. Even Goring and Himmler seem to have known and not intervened. Hitler's war effort was severely hampered by disloyalty; hundreds of thousands of troops were withheld from the front lines in order to strengthen this putsch.

Anyway, 4 more chapters (give it 20 - 30 minutes from time of post).

And with these last five chapters the whole of "Goebbels - Mastermind of the Third Reich" by David Irving is now recorded. Hope somebody enjoys this.

Good choice. That philosophy needs to make its way back into people's consciousness. I'd love for more folks to read stuff aloud, but I know there are a lot of reasons not to.

No new updates from me, but I'm learning lots of new skills, and making myself a viable husband for a decent woman and potentially a good father to lucky kids. Something I've been learning over the summer is that the mere will to apply yourself to things when others don't is enough to impress in most cases. My varying quality audiobooks and the mostly positive responses to them are a good example; but elsewhere, too, I've been receiving glowing praise for things I've always just done without thinking much of it. So to anyone who may be agonizing over how to get through this life, the odds are that if you're here, and have been consuming knowledge, if you were to just start applying it you could very well knock enough people's socks off to do well for yourself. Think about how many dumb motherfuckers you've seen in leadership positions because they took charge. Or how many people with low standards still getting a paycheck. The competition is not that fierce.

Anyway, I'll try fit in some more Hitler wisdom into my schedule soon.

Linder's interjections can occasionally be good. On the fiction ones (I think he was commenting a lot on Hunter/Turner), it's really annoying, but on the philosophy ones (Libido Dominandi, etc.) the comments are sometimes valuable.

A decent compromise might be to do a narrator's commentary at the end of the chapter, so the listener can skip if desired. If I ever do an audiobook reading, I will likely not comment other than a brief piece in the introduction.

The trilogy involves behavioural psychology which is not evolutionary psychology, but he does analyse jewish group evolution. If you understand psychology to be a battleground between jews and (predominantly christian) Europeans, and avoid the meme that 'psychology is jewish pseudoscience' than the trilogy makes for an interesting read. On that note, MacDonald absolutely annihilates the retarded psychology of Freud and Wilhelm, as well as Bernays. He remained a Christian throughout the decades of involvement, which is another sign that he was truly trying to work behind enemy lines and avoid being classed as a natsoc collaborator. Jung was at the heart of the philosophical and theological battle between Germany and the jews.

Delayed, but done, I present to you, finally, the entirety of Lothrop Stoddard's "Into the Darkness" read aloud. I have to say, this is a fantastic book. A very clarifying look into life in wartime Germany. It was not pleasant, I'm glad I didn't live it, but it's simultaneously impressive to me what was accomplished. I don't know exactly what my European genetic makeup is, but if there's any German in me I'm proud of it. Get listening, I think this is my best recording.

What you should really do, is to as fast as possible delete audio-book you made of Irving's book on Goebbels. Purge it. Love your effort and all, but you've somehow found an extremely (((edited))) version to read from. This can't be stressed enough, the book you read from is a later edition of the book that was extremely kiked by Irvings editors. Whole segments have been cut out, and those are to a large degree the segments that paint Goebbels in a positive light - or the ones that lay the blame where it belongs, at the jew.

Compare for yourself. Listen to the first few chapters of your audio-book while reading this pdf - it's an earlier version, from before the kikes started terrorizing Irving and his associates into submission. This is at least true up to page 60 or so, didn't listen (or compare) further than that.

I'm not going to delete the version I recorded (yet), because the changes are not so bad as to consider the version I recorded false, and the book doesn't really get interesting till we get past his early years of sappy letter writing to women he never beds, anyway. And the removal of some things doesn't make what was left in unreliable.

I do, however want to redo the book in my marginally improved speaking voice, and this is a fine enough reason to do so. Expect gradual replacement of chapters. Disappointing that the version I read is also the version I have in hardback

I just so happened to have taken a second run at that, and finished it today. You can now find it in the mega folder. I have not kept any of my recordings from before doing Civil War 2, but I wanted to finish this book. It's an interesting one. Wholeheartedly agree with sentiment of "natural farming", though I'm more of a carnivore than Mr. Fukuoka, so I had to interject in chapter 4 when he starts railing on meat.

I'd say the philosophy is quite compatible with that of National Socialism, but perhaps not Fukuoka himself. His own convictions are primitivist, without consideration for the fact that the presence of non-primitivists forces everyone to adopt non-primitivist methods. For example: you don't want to be the only man without a gun.
