My site is also consistent with the other 2 .pub sites. I know that I had had found some inconsistencies with Qdrops having to do with a drop that was later deleted. I thought that I'd gone thru and made sure that I wasn't missing any drops, but I can't say that I checked every single one.

Around the time that Q had wanted us to not archive non-tripcode drops, there was some differences between these 3 archives. I'll admit to using both the other sites, plus the breads to make sure I had everything.

I'm not afraid of being wrong, I'll correct it if someone can point me towards the issue.

I have noticed something else weird going on with my site that has only really started in the past 3 or 4 weeks. It may have been going on longer than that but Q had a long quiet spell so I can't be sure. Anyways, the scrape machine has been set up for a couple years to archive all of Q's images. For some reason now it's just not working on the web server. It works on my dev machine.I've been trying to figure out what's going on, and I recently made an async download change because I thought that it was due to heavy traffic on 8ch - but I guess that's not it.

Anybody got any ideas?

Arch Remainer Compares Brexiteers to Islamic Terrorists

Tory MP Dominic Grieve has said that the Conservative Party’s grassroots had undergone a “Talibanisation” over Brexit, and claimed that Boris Johnson had “radicalised” over the Irish border issue.

The remarks using language comparing Brexiteers to Islamist terrorists came during a ‘People’s Vote’ event on Tuesday.

During a Conservative Party leadership debate on Monday, frontrunner Boris Johnson said that he would not be willing to accept the EU’s Irish backstop in any withdrawal treaty.

The former attorney-general remarked on the leadership contest that it had been “been played to a tune of growing extremism” and called Mr Johnson’s alleged aversion to resolving the Irish border issue evidence of “radicalisation”.

“When challenged and confronted, he radicalised even further and excluded any possibility of trying to negotiate some way out of the backstop at all. It had to go in its totality,” Mr Grieve said.

Later during a question and answer session with the media, Grieve claimed that there had been a “Talibanisation” of the grassroots Tory associations which prevented Remainers from raising their anti-Brexit positions.

Asked where the pro-Remain MPs are during key votes, Mr Grieve said: “They do exist. They sometimes have concerns about their own local associations and the fear of being deselected. I think there is absolutely no doubt about that.

“There has been a sort of Talibanisation of sections of the Conservative Party grassroots membership, with some vociferous minorities that are often capable of dominating meetings coming along trying to get rid of MPs,” said the Member of Parliament for Beaconsfield, who has himself been subject to attempts at removal by his local Conservative association over his parliamentary efforts to stop Brexit.

I've had to sit with my back against a wall to look at QR so my family wouldn't see the cesspool it has become.

QR is compromised beyond its intent and function yet Q endorses its current condition by posting there about unity.

As in most volunteer orgs, egos take over and the sane leave. I've seen it happen in BSA, charities, political campaigns, and more.

I've considered baking for a long time and have the time, tech savvy, and technology to do so, but I'm not proud of my association with QR so I haven't made the investment in learning how to bake. Small explosion and fire at Columbia nuclear plant bring more federal scrutiny

A nuclear fuel factory with a history of safety and pollution troubles near Columbia is under federal scrutiny after a fire erupted last week in a drum containing radioactive material.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission plans an inspection later this month at the Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel plant on Bluff Road to learn more about the incident, which occurred early Friday.

A federal report shows that a lid blew off the drum, dispersing some contents from the barrel and leading to the fire. The drum contained contaminated mop heads, filters, rags and laboratory waste that smoldered, before paper in the drum ignited, the report shows.

Several ounces of uranium 235, a radioactive heavy metal, were in the container, the report says.

“About 2 in the morning, (plant personnel) heard a loud noise and discovered the lid from the drum had blown off and smoke was issuing from the drum,’’ NRC spokesman Joey Ledford said. “They called the fire brigade out.’’

Inhaling or ingesting high concentrations of uranium can cause bone, lung and liver cancer, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The report says no one was injured and the public was in no danger, but the incident is the latest in a series of troubles that have plagued the nuclear fuel factory southeast of Columbia.

Tom Clements, a nuclear watchdog from Columbia, said the problems at the Westinghouse plant are worrisome.

“They just can’t get their operations straight where there are no problems,’’ Clements said. “It remains a concern that management of the operation is not as it should be.’’

The Westinghouse plant, established more than 50 years ago, drew public scrutiny and criticism last year following the leak of uranium through a hole in the floor. The public later learned of other leaks at the plant that had not been reported by Westinghouse to state or federal authorities, prompting intense criticism by neighbors who said they had been kept in the dark. Groundwater beneath the plant is contaminated and many people worry that it will spread off the site.

R. Kelly Ordered Held Without Bond, Deemed a “Danger To The Community, Especially Young Girls”

CHICAGO — Recording artist Robert Sylvester Kelly, also known as “R. Kelly,” was ordered held without bond Tuesday following his indictment on federal child pornography and obstruction charges. The judge said the singer is a “danger to the community, especially minor girls.”

Kelly, 52, of Chicago, was arrested the night of July 11.

A 13-count indictment returned July 11 in U.S. District Court in Chicago charges Kelly with producing and receiving child pornography, and enticing minors to engage in criminal sexual activity.

The indictment accuses Kelly of engaging in sex acts with five minors and recording some of the abuse on multiple videos.

The indictment also charges Kelly with conspiring to intimidate victims and conceal evidence in an effort to obstruct law enforcement, including an investigation in the 2000s that resulted in his trial in 2008 in Cook County on state child pornography charges.

Kelly was indicted on the following charges:

one count of conspiracy to receive child pornography,

two counts of receiving child pornography,

four counts of producing child pornography,

five counts of enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, and

one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.

The indictment also charges the following two former employees of Kelly’s music business:

Derrel McDavid, 58, of Chicago (one count of conspiracy to receive child pornography, two counts of receiving child pornography, one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice), and

Milton Brown, also known as “June Brown,” 53, of Chicago (one count of conspiracy to receive child pornography).

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Angel Krull, Abigail L. Peluso and Jeannice W. Appenteng, Northern District of Illinois, are prosecuting this case.

A separate federal indictment was also unsealed in the Eastern District of New York charging Kelly with racketeering for allegedly operating a criminal enterprise that promoted Kelly’s music and recruited women and girls to engage in illegal sexual activity.

Kelly is an award-winning recording artist and record producer who has operated various music businesses in Chicago.

According to the indictment in the Northern District of Illinois, Kelly met the five victims in the late 1990s. Kelly engaged in sex acts with the victims while they were all under the age of 18, and he created numerous explicit videos with four of them, the indictment states.

The charges allege that Kelly and McDavid in 2001 began paying an acquaintance hundreds of thousands of dollars to collect the videos for the purpose of concealing and covering up their existence.

When the acquaintance later planned to hold a news conference to publicly announce that he recovered the videos, Kelly, McDavid and others paid him about $170,000 in exchange for agreeing to cancel the event, the indictment states.

Kelly and McDavid also agreed to pay one of the minors and another individual for their efforts to return the videos, but only after they took polygraph examinations to confirm they returned all copies in their possession, the charges allege.

The indictment seeks forfeiture of a personal money judgment of about $1.55 million.

The public is reminded that charges contain only accusations and are not evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Producing child pornography carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum of 20 years.

Receiving child pornography and conspiring to receive child pornography are each punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years.

The maximum sentence for enticing a minor is 10 years.

Conspiracy to obstruct justice is punishable by up to five years.

To require an exercise related to terrorist and foreign fighter travel, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Terrorist and Foreign Fighter Travel Exercise Act of 2019”.

SEC. 2. EXERCISE ON TERRORIST AND FOREIGN FIGHTER TRAVEL.

(a) In General.—In addition to, or as part of exercise programs currently carried out by the Department of Homeland Security, to enhance domestic preparedness for and collective response to terrorism, promote the dissemination of homeland security information, and test the security posture of the United States, the Secretary of Homeland Security, through appropriate offices and components of the Department and in coordination with the heads of appropriate Federal departments and agencies, shall develop and conduct an exercise related to the detection and prevention of terrorist and foreign fighter travel.

(b) Exercise Requirements.—The exercise required under subsection (a) shall include—

(1) a scenario involving—

(A) persons traveling from the United States to join or provide material support or resources to a terrorist organization abroad; and

(B) terrorist infiltration into the United States, including by United States citizens and foreign nationals;

(2) coordination with appropriate Federal departments and agencies, foreign governments, and State, local, Tribal, and territorial agencies, including law enforcement agencies and representatives from the National Network of Fusion Centers; and

(3) coordination with appropriate private sector and community stakeholders.

(c) Report.—Not later than 60 days after the completion of the exercise required under subsection (a), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall, consistent with the protection of classified information, submit to the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate an after-action report presenting the initial findings of such exercise, plans for quickly incorporating lessons learned into future operations of the Department of Homeland Security, and any proposed legislative changes informed by such exercise.

(d) Definition.—In this section, the term “material support or resources” has the meaning given such term in section 2339A of title 18, United States Code.

SEC. 3. EMERGING THREATS IN THE NATIONAL EXERCISE PROGRAM.

In a sweeping move to further influence federal courts with conservative picks, President Trump on Wednesday renominated 51 judges who saw no action in the last Congress.

The list showed 37 nominees to district courts, nine to circuit courts, two each to the International Trade and Federal Claims courts, and one to the Military Commission Review.
