The Rivet Joint's modifications are primarily related to its on-board sensor suite, which allows the mission crew to detect, identify and geolocate signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum. On board that Ryanair flight was a leading Belarusian opposition figure, 26-year-old Roman Protasevich, who, fearing arrest, had fled his country in 2019 to live in exile in neighboring Lithuania. The opposition figure had traveled to Athens to attend a conference on economics with Belarus’ primary opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and was attempting to return home to Lithuania when the plane was forcibly diverted.

In 2013, the U.S. and key E.U. states pioneered the tactic just used by Lukashenko. They did so as part of a failed scheme to detain and arrest the NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. That incident at the time caused global shock and outrage precisely because, eight years ago, it was truly an unprecedented assault on the values and conventions they are now invoking to condemn Belarus.

In July of that year, the democratically elected President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, had traveled to Russia for a routine international conference attended by countries which export natural gas. At the time of Morales’ trip, Edward Snowden was in the middle of a bizarre five-week ordeal where he was stranded in the international transit zone of Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, unable to board a flight to leave Russia or exit the airport to enter Russia.

On June 23, Hong Kong officials rejected a demand from the U.S. Government that they arrest Snowden and hand him over to the U.S. Hong Kong was the city Snowden chose to meet the two journalists he had selected (one of whom was me) because of what he regarded as the city's noble history of fighting against repression and for independence and free expression. When announcing their refusal to hand over Snowden, Hong Kong officials issued a remarkably defiant, even mocking statement explaining that Snowden had been permitted to leave Hong Kong “on his own accord.” That statement also accused the U.S. of having issued a legally improper and inaccurate extradition demand which they were duty-bound to reject, and then pointedly noted that the real crime requiring investigation was U.S. spying on the populations of the rest of the world.

Snowden thus left Hong Kong that day with the intent to fly to Moscow, then immediately board a flight to Cuba, and then proceed to his ultimate destination in a Latin American country — Bolivia or Ecuador — in order to seek asylum there. But even after then-President Barack Obama denied that the U.S. Government would be "wheeling and dealing” in order to get Snowden into U.S. custody — “I'm not going to be scrambling jets to get a 29-year-old hacker,” he dismissively claimed during a June press conference — the U.S. Government was, in reality, doing everything in its power to prevent Snowden from evading the clutches of the U.S. Government.

Led by then-Vice President Joe Biden, U.S. officials warned every country in both Europe and South America said to be considering shelter for Snowden of grave consequences should they offer asylum to the whistleblower. Threats to Havana caused the Cuban government to rescind its commitment of safe passage they had issued to Snowden's lawyer. Under Biden 's pressure, Ecuador also reversed itself by proclaiming the safe passage document issued to Snowden was a mistake.

And on the day that Snowden had left Hong Kong, the U.S. State Department unilaterally cancelled his passport, which is why, upon landing in Moscow, he was barred from boarding his next international flight, destined for Havana. With the Russian government unable to allow him to board a flight due to his invalidated passport and with Snowden's asylum requests pending both with Russia and close to two dozen other states, he was forced to remain in the airport until August 1, when Moscow finally granted him temporary asylum. He has lived there ever since. This has always been a staggering irony of the Snowden story: the primary attack on him by U.S. officials to impugn his motives and patriotism is that he lives in Russia and thus likely cooperated with Russian authorities (a claim for which no evidence has ever been presented), when the reality is that Snowden would have left Russia eight years ago after a 30-minute stay in its airport had U.S. officials not used a series of maneuvers that barred him from leaving.

Secretary of State Blinken heads to Middle East to follow up Gaza cease-fire

Secretary of State Antony Blinken left Monday to travel to the Middle East following the cease-fire between Israel and Hamas that ended nearly two weeks of violence in Gaza. The State Department said Blinken will visit Israel, the West Bank, Jordan and Egypt. The White House said during the trip he will meet with Israeli leaders and discuss "ironclad" U.S. commitment to Israeli security. In Israel, Blinken will meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Reuven Rivlin. In Ramallah, he'll join Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. Blinken said Sunday that Biden is committed to a two-state solution in Gaza while allowing Israel the "means to defend itself." Blinken said the Israeli-Palestinian conflict must end in a way that allows both to live with "equal measures of security, of peace and of dignity." The trip comes days after an Egyptian-brokered cease-fire in Gaza took effect and ended an 11-day Israeli bombing campaign that killed more than 230 people. Police in India raided the offices of Twitter India in Delhi and Gurgaon on Monday as part of an investigation into why tweets about a so-called “toolkit” of information about the coronavirus were labeled as manipulated media, The Indian Express reported. An officer told the media outlet that police had sent a notice to Twitter demanding an explanation for the label on a ruling party member’s tweet, and that it was seeking “information Twitter has about the toolkit and why they chose to give the ‘manipulated media’ label.”

Twitter declined to comment Monday. TechCrunch reported that there were no Twitter employees in the offices at the time of the raid, which occurred late Monday evening India Standard Time. Journalist Aditya Raj Kaul tweeted that Twitter employees in India are currently working remotely.

On Friday, the Indian government sent a notice to Twitter two days after the social media platform applied the “manipulated media” label to a tweet by Sambit Patra, of India’s ruling BJP party. Patra said in the tweet, which appears to have been removed, that the opposition party Congress had used a “toolkit” in attempts to undermine the government’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic. The government asked Twitter to remove the label out of “fairness and equity.”

The BJP party says the Congress party created the toolkit to damage Prime Minister Narendra Modi, according to the Times of India, but the Congress party claims the version of the toolkit the BJP shared was a falsified version of a research note about an unrelated project. Indian fact-checking organization Alt News found that the images of the so-called “COVID toolkit” that Patra and others tweeted about did have some falsified information.

Twitter introduced its manipulated media policy last February, which applies to media shared on its platform that has been “significantly and deceptively altered or fabricated.” Video clips or images that have been altered to change their meaning or context could get a label, and false content presented as true or content found to be “likely to impact public safety or cause serious harm” could be removed entirely under the rules. Twitter applied the label to several tweets by former US President Donald Trump, who has since been banned from the platform.

India’s government has tried to keep tight control over information on social media concerning the spread of COVID-19. Last month, the government ordered Twitter to remove tweets and told Facebook and Instagram to take down posts that were critical of its handling of the pandemic. New Hampshire Election Auditors Find Ballot "Fold" Issue, Only 28% Of GOP Votes Counted In One Machine

Auditors for a 2020 election investigation being carried out in Windham, New Hampshire, are saying that some of their latest findings are “large enough to account for discrepancies” in the election results.

Auditors said they found “experimental confirmation that if the contest is undervoted, a fold through a vote target can create a vote.”

“Something we strongly suspect at this juncture, based on various evidence, is that in some cases, fold lines are being interpreted by the scanners as valid votes,” Mark Lindeman, part of the audit team, told WMUR.

Harri Hursti, another auditor, said on Twitter that testing proved folded ballots were misinterpreted by machines.

“Test decks proved that foldings across a vote targets is misinterpreted as additional phantom votes or subtracts votes due to false overvotes,” he wrote in a post.

Auditors finished the hand recount on May 21. The audit began on May 11.

AccuVote didn’t respond to a request for comment about the audit authorization by the Epoch Times. The AccuVote machines’ intellectual property are owned by Dominion Voting Systems.

Russia May Cripple Google Services Over Failure To Remove 'Illegal Content'

Russia may forcibly slow down Google services after the tech giant failed to remove 12 YouTube videos containing "illegal content" regarding unauthorized opposition rallies held in January 2021, according to the Moscow Times.

In response to demands by Russia's internet regulator Roskomnadzor to remove the 12 videos it says calls on minors to participate in unauthorized rallies, it has now emerged that Google filed its first-ever lawsuit against the regulator on April 23 in the Moscow Arbitration Court, which was accepted by the court on May 11. The first hearing is scheduled for July 14.

The case relates to content deletion requests Roskomnadzor sent to Google in January, when the regulator embarked on a high-profile campaign against a host of social media giants over a surge in the number of posts in support of jailed Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny following his return and detention in Russia.

Roskomnadzor requested both foreign and Russian technology companies, including Facebook, VKontakte, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter, delete tens of thousands of posts, videos and pictures it said was in violation of Russian laws. Content that Russia deems illegal ranges from posts promoting drug use or featuring child pornography to posts it says encourage under-18s to attend mass rallies. -Moscow Times

Roskomnadzor, meanwhile, has also called on Google to unblock a video on state-run Sputnik France regarding the spread of COVID-19, hilariously claiming in a May 22 letter that "such actions by the YouTube video hosting administration violate the key principles of free dissemination of information, unhindered access to it and are an act of censorship against the Russian media."

"The department demands to remove all restrictions as soon as possible, as well as explain the reasons for their introduction," the letter continues.

Google-owned YouTube has also faced pushback from Russia for blocking the channel of pro-Kremlin, Tsargrad TV, along with removing state-run RT videos which Google claims promote COVID-19 disinformation.

Russia’s competition authorities are also investigating Google for alleged abuse of its market dominance, and have sought to oust foreign companies’ dominance of the Russian software market through laws requiring Russian-made apps, such as browsers and search engines, to be pre-installed on all smartphones sold in Russia.

The regulator is also forcibly slowing-down Twitter and previously said it was prepared to ban the social media platform if it did not comply with Russia’s requests to remove content. -Moscow Times

Trump impeachment witness suing Mike Pompeo and US for $1.8 million in legal fees

Gordon Sondland, Donald Trump’s former ambassador to the European Union, is suing the US government and Mike Pompeo for $1.8 million to cover legal fees incurred during the 2019 House impeachment investigation.

Sondland filed his federal lawsuit on Monday. He claims the former secretary of state did not live up to a “legally binding promise” for the federal government to pay for his legal fees during the first House impeachment investigation into Trump.

“Pompeo assured Ambassador Sondland that the State Department would reimburse him for all of his legal costs; and through the fall of 2019, Pompeo and his staff continued to reaffirm his promise,” the lawsuit states.

Despite incurring $1.8 million in fees after being forced to put his own legal team together, Sondland was only offered $86,000 in repayment, according to the suit.

Sondland says he was fired a few months after his testimony – related to alleged quid pro quo between Trump and Ukraine’s president – and he now “demands a jury trial” to address his current complaints. The former ambassador claims the promise to pay his legal fees was “reneged” on after the administration was displeased with his testimony in the House impeachment probe.

Trump’s House impeachment ultimately failed in the Senate, but Sondland did claim there was quid pro quo for which Trump was allegedly requesting an investigation into political rival Joe Biden in exchange for military aid.

“I know that members of this Committee have frequently framed these complicated issues in the form of a simple question: Was there a ‘quid pro quo?’ As I testified previously, with regard to the requested White House call and White House meeting, the answer is yes,” Sondland said in his opening statement last fall.

Sondland is requesting Pompeo or the State Department fork out his legal fees. He was let go from the White House on February 7, 2020, just hours after he claims he refused to resign following the administration being unsatisfied with his testimony.

Congressman Mike Kelly Talks Pennsylvania Election Audit

Congressman Mike Kelly came into the national spotlight last December when he led the charge against the fraudulent results of several contested states, including his native Pennsylvania, in the Supreme Court- a legal challenge which the Supreme Court denied, despite the merits of the case.

The announcement comes as momentum for an audit of Pennsylvania continues to grow, with many GOP political figures, notably US Congressional Candidate Teddy Daniels and State Senator Bob Mensch, already advocating for such an audit.

The announcement also comes as the Arizona audit continues to reap results, as ballot inaccuracies continue to rise. States such as Georgia, New Hampshire, and Wisconsin have also begun to audit their states as millions of Americans continue to question the results of the 2020 election and the legitimacy of the Biden regime.

When asked what inspired him to fight so vigorously for the President last December, Congressman Kelly replied that “I was inspired by the level of enthusiasm that was there for Donald Trump throughout the election. There were motorcades, boat parades, spontaneous rallies, so much enthusiasm. And most of the votes the night of November 3rd were for Trump, so the math didn’t add up. And I saw all of that and I said to myself ‘you know, this isn’t right,’ and that’s what ultimately inspired me to file that lawsuit.”

The Congressman went on to add that it was when that court case was thrown out that “people lost faith in the system, because that showed the people that there was no recourse.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 4 Travel Health Notice for Japan due to COVID-19, indicating a very high level of COVID-19 in the country. So the question is - will the US send their athletes?

Much to the chagrin of Japan's political leaders, worsening COVID-19 cases are prompting more critics, including SoftBank Chairman Masayoshi Son (one of the country's most high-profile businessmen), to warn that the Olympics should be canceled as hospitals in the country's second-largest city, Osaka, struggle to treat a huge wave of hospitalized patients as Japan becomes the latest Asian nation to fall victim to a new wave of the virus.

The western Japanese region of Osaka is home to 9 million people, and is suffering the brunt of what Reuters described as Japan's "fourth wave of the pandemic." Only half of the region's medical staff are vaccinated, which "underscores the challenge of hosting a major global sports event in two months time," Reuters added. "Simply put, this is a collapse of the medical system," said Yuji Tohda, the director of Kindai University Hospital in Osaka.

Fortunately for the government, the surge is already showing some signs of abating. Tokyo, the site of the upcoming Summer Olympics (which were postponed after the pandemic made the Games a virtual impossibility last year) reported 340 new cases on Monday, down from 535 a day earlier, bringing the seven-day average of new cases in the capital to 638, which is 18.7% lower than the prior week. Osaka meanwhile registered 216 new infections, down from 274 a day ago and the first time in two months that the number of new cases in the western Japan prefecture fell below 300 for two consecutive days. Tokyo, Osaka and seven other prefectures are currently under a state of emergency that has been extended through May 31. Japan has recorded more than 700,000 infections and 12,000 Covid-19 deaths from the virus.

Masa Son originally voiced his criticisms a few days ago, saying "Currently more than 80% of people want the Olympics to be postponed or cancelled. Who and on what authority is it being forced through?"

Just as Masa Son - who has occasionally been described as 'Japan's Warren Buffett' - was criticizing the government for being a "vaccine laggard" and saying the slow pace of the country's innoculation drive could put lives at risk, Japan has deployed its Self-Defense Forces (remember, Japan technically doesn't have its own army) to aid in its vaccination drive, speeding up inoculations targeting 36MM people over the age of 65. Medical officers and nurses will be stationed at two vaccination sites in Tokyo and Osaka, according to the BBC.

The centers will give out thousands of shots each day, prioritizing the elderly. Right now, only 5% of Japan's population is fully vaccinated. Officials are planning to vaccinate up to 5,000 people in Tokyo and 2,500 in Osaka every day with the recently approved Moderna jab, while in June and July this capacity is set to double. Mass vaccination facilities are also planned for other major cities like Kobe and Nagoya.

As for the Olympic Games, just last week the IOC declared that they will "absolutely" proceed, though travel and capacity restrictions will of course limit the number of spectators.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation may get involved in the investigation of election fraud for the state of Georgia.

In December of 2020 Kelly Loeffler's staff member was supposedly killed in a car accident after she stated she would fight for election fraud at that given time. The car accident looked more like a car time bomb and not a car accident.

The GBI assigned an agent to investigate the actual cause of death of that staffer. A few days into that investigation the GBI agent was found dead for 'suicide'.

I reported over the weekend an unusual video surrounding digital currencies that Federal Reserve chairman Jay Powell made last week: Federal Reserve Board Chairman Powell in Unprecedented Video Issues Commentary on Digital Currencies.

Now we have Federal Reserve Board Governor Lael Brainard following up this morning with a speech on digital currencies via webcast at the Consensus by CoinDesk 2021 Conference, Washington, D.C. that even includes reference to an MIT-Federal Reserve test of a central bank digital currency.

This morning she told the group:

Unlike central bank fiat currencies, stablecoins do not have legal tender status. Depending on underlying arrangements, some may expose consumers and businesses to risk. If widely adopted, stablecoins could serve as the basis of an alternative payments system oriented around new private forms of money. Given the network externalities associated with achieving scale in payments, there is a risk that the widespread use of private monies for consumer payments could fragment parts of the U.S. payment system in ways that impose burdens and raise costs for households and businesses. A predominance of private monies may introduce consumer protection and financial stability risks because of their potential volatility and the risk of run-like behavior. Indeed, the period in the nineteenth century when there was active competition among issuers of private paper banknotes in the United States is now notorious for inefficiency, fraud, and instability in the payments system.4 It led to the need for a uniform form of money backed by the national government.

To the extent that digital payments crowd out the use of cash, this raises questions about how to ensure that consumers retain access to a form of safe central bank money…

The Federal Reserve remains committed to ensuring that the public has access to safe, reliable, and secure means of payment, including cash. As part of this commitment, we must explore—and try to anticipate—the extent to which households' and businesses' needs and preferences may migrate further to digital payments over time.

Given the potential for CBDCs to gain prominence in cross-border payments and the reserve currency role of the dollar, it is vital for the United States to be at the table in the development of cross-border standards.

Biden ICE Nominee Partnered With Chinese Propaganda Ministry

Joe Biden's nominee for immigration enforcement chief partnered with a Chinese government propaganda ministry on a 2014 public relations campaign to bolster the international image of Shanghai, a partnership that is now under scrutiny ahead of his Senate confirmation hearing.

Ed Gonzalez was a member of the Houston City Council and was serving as the city's mayor pro tem when he signed a cooperative agreement in October 2014 with Zhu Yonglei, the head of the Chinese government's Information Office of Shanghai, according to news reports and Gonzalez's Twitter posts at the time.

The "memorandum of understanding" between Gonzalez and Zhu was an "agreement to promote each of the partner cities for a year through a series of videos at strategic locations and on social media," according to China Daily. The deal was reportedly an expansion of an existing partnership intended to promote economic ties between Houston and Shanghai.

Gonzalez, who currently serves as the sheriff of Harris County, Texas, was nominated for director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement last month. But his involvement with the Chinese propaganda bureau has come under scrutiny ahead of his Senate confirmation hearing. The Washington Free Beacon reported last week that Gonzalez also took a 2015 trip to China that was bankrolled by an advocacy group for the EB-5 cash-for-visa program.

Zhu—who has since been promoted to deputy of Shanghai's propaganda department—praised the agreement at the time and said he "hope[d] this exchange will unite us together to promote the sustainable development of cities around the globe." Gonzalez tweeted a photo of him and Zhu signing the deal. Another photo from the event shows the two men standing next to each other while Gonzalez displays a framed photograph of Shanghai.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

China's State Council Information Office, which reports to the national Propaganda Department, "drafts the official ‘positive version' of events that the media must follow, and decides what arguments should be used to rebut stories in the international media that contradict the official propaganda line," according to Reporters Without Borders, a press freedom advocacy group.

The Shanghai municipal office seeks to "guide and coordinate the city's news reports for foreign audience[s]," "ensure the quality work for journalists from foreign countries," and "promote Shanghai to the outside world," according to its website.

Human rights groups have criticized China for its oppressive media environment. The country ranks 177th out of 180 countries on the Reporters Without Borders World Press Freedom Index. According to the media advocacy group, the Chinese government uses its propaganda bureaus to promote a "new world media order … with the aim of deterring and preventing any criticism of itself."

Before joining the Information Office, Zhu was the deputy coordinator for Shanghai's 2010 World Expo, the Chinese Communist Party's attempt to create its own world's fair. The event came under fire from human rights advocates after the government demolished an estimated 18,000 homes to make way for the exhibition site.

The Chinese Communist Party also arrested over 100 followers of Falun Gong, a religious group, ahead of the event, according to a U.S. congressional report. The report called the expo "the latest in a series of events that the Chinese government has seized upon as justification for ongoing ‘security' crackdowns that aim to ferret out and punish Falun Gong practitioners."

Fed Alert: Reverse Repo Usage Nears Record As Repo Market Set To Blow

Ahead of today's 1:15pm overnight Reverse Repo deadline we asked if today is the day the repo market finallys crack, pushing the amount of reserves parked at the Fed to a new record above $500 billion.

We were off, but not by too much: on Monday, the Fed revealed that the amount of overnight reserves parked at the Fed rose by another $26BN to $394.9BN (with 54 counteparties) from $369BN (52 counteparties) on Friday, which was the 5th highest in history, up a whopping $186 billion in one week and the highest non-quarter end reverse repo usage ever!

The Fed is taking Treasurys out of the market through QE purchases and putting them right back in via the RRP

The heavy use of the o/n RRP facility tells us that foreign banks too are now chock-full of reserves.

Banks don't have the balance sheet to warehouse any more reserves at current spread levels.

As for the immediate market implications they are even more ominous: either the Fed will have to hike the IOER or rates will soon go negative. Worse, with the Fed still planning to do at least $1 trillion in QE even assuming a December taper, and potentially as much as $2 trillion based on the latest just released Fed "forecast", there is simply no place to park all of these reserves. And while Powell & Co pretend that they can continue business as usual for years to come, the repo market is not only cracking but banks, full to the gills with inert reserves and which increase by $30 billion every week, are on the verge of pulling a Mr Creosote.... and balking at even a penny of additional liquidity. How the Fed will continue to monetize debt then, when the repo system is now out of collateral, is anyone's guess.

Federal Court Strikes Down Georgia's Anti-BDS Law Forcing Americans to Pledge Allegiance to Israel

Filmmaker Abby Martin secured a major victory for free speech on Monday after a federal court ruled that her First Amendment rights were violated when she was blocked from speaking at Georgia Southern University in 2016 for refusing to "sign a contractual pledge to not boycott Israel" in compliance with Georgia's anti-Boycott, Divest and Sanctions law.

"I am thrilled at the judge's decision finding this law unconstitutional as it so clearly violates the free speech rights of myself and so many others in Georgia," Abby Martin said in a statement on Twitter. "My First Amendment rights were restricted on behalf of a foreign government, which flies in the face of the principles of freedom and democracy."

The Georgia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Georgia), CAIR Legal Defense Fund and the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) today welcomed a "major victory" in their lawsuit against Georgia's Israel boycott law after a federal district court ruled that the State of Georgia's 2016 law punishing boycotts of Israel is an unconstitutional violation of the First Amendment.

In an order released today, Judge Mark Cohen ruled that the University System of Georgia violated journalist and filmmaker Abby Martin's constitutional rights when it cancelled her speaking engagement on a college campus because she refused to sign a state-mandated oath pledging not to engage in boycotts of Israel. Martin is a well-known advocate of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel, which the court ruled is protected by the First Amendment.

[NOTE: In 2016, Governor Nathan Deal signed into law SB 327, which requires any person or company that enters into a contract with the State of Georgia worth $1,000 or more to sign a loyalty oath pledging not engage in political boycotts of the Israeli government based on its treatment of Palestinians.]

In his 29-page decision, Judge Cohen identified extensive constitutional problems with Georgia's anti-BDS law. He held that the anti-BDS law "prohibits inherently expressive conduct protected by the First Amendment," which "burdens Martin's right to free speech." Judge Cohen also ruled that the anti-BDS law's requirement that Martin sign an oath to refrain from boycotting Israel is "no different than requiring a person to espouse certain political beliefs or to engage in certain political associations."

The court relied heavily on NAACP v. Claiborne, the Supreme Court's landmark decision protecting the right to boycott.

Wake Technology Services audited a Pennsylvania election as part of the #StopTheSteal movement

The company that is conducting a hand recount of nearly 2.1 million Maricopa County ballots conducted an election audit in rural Pennsylvania county at the request of a state senator who has been a prominent advocate of the “Stop the Steal” movement that has spread baseless conspiracy theories that the 2020 presidential election was rigged against Donald Trump.

According to records and news coverage from Fulton County, Penn., state senators Doug Mastriano and Judy Ward asked county officials to allow Wake Technology Services Inc. to conduct an audit of the election. Ward, who represents the rural county in southern central Pennsylvania, told the Arizona Mirror that she passed the request on to county officials at Mastriano’s behalf.

Mastriano has been a prominent supporter of the “Stop the Steal” movement and Trump ally. He helped organize a Nov. 25 hearing in Gettysburg where Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuiani and others aired baseless conspiracy theories that Trump lost Pennsylvania through “irregularities and fraud.” He said on Wednesday Trump recently urged him to run for governor.

Wake TSI, an information technology company that has predominantly worked with clients in the health care sector, is now conducting a hand recount of all ballots cast in Maricopa County during the 2020 presidential election as part of an audit ordered by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, R-Prescott. The company is part of an audit team led by Cyber Ninjas, a cybersecurity company located in Florida. Fann and Cyber Ninjas cited Wake TSI’s experience in Fulton County as a qualification to participate in the Maricopa County audit.
