There is a glitch sometimes where the "flood detected" comes up on a regular post and not on one of those image bombs like it is supposed to do. These days I look at it and a stubborn captcha as a cheap blood pressure check.

The refit for TATTERSHALL CASTLE was done starting in January 2015.
I am also a bit intrigued by the lighting. For me, I would think the gangplanks would be lit while anyone was aboard. The Lisa MI6 vid looks to me like all have left and only that floodlight on the funnel is lit as a security measure.
I have no probs going with the Q pics and LisaMI6 are different nights. I'm just trying to figure out if the pics and the vid are the same timeframe as Winter Wonderland. If yes then the dates are narrowed and even more so because of the weather in December.
That leads into the the water level in the Thames. So far no other pics have shown HISPANIOLA at the same height against her moorings. That is where I keep thinking storm surge which would be after 5 December 2013 when the hurricane passed over Britain.

Another pilgrim, down from Belfast for the occasion, said her aunt had been sent to a religious-run institution as a teenager because she was pregnant. Her son was taken away. On her deathbed, her aunt was still asking the priest for forgiveness.
The pope had come for the World Meeting of Families. During the gathering of Catholic hierarchy and faithful, news broke about nuns arrested in Scotland on charges of abuse at the Smyllum Park orphanage they ran, where hundreds died. The charges resulted from the Scottish child abuse inquiry. The same order, the Daughters of Charity, ran the largest mother-and-baby home in Ireland.
“The institutions were imported from Britain,” the nuns in the corral said. While the Vatican imposed its influence through religious orders, it’s true that Britain laid the foundations for what I call the shame industrial complex, through the workhouse system imposed from the 1700s that punished vulnerable people and separated children from parents.
For the past decade, investigations in Ireland have exposed the legacy of the state-funded, religious-run institutions, from industrial schools to Magdalene laundries. Canada and Australia have confronted a similar past of institutional abuse and forced adoption. Now, as abuse inquiries in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are set to issue final reports, a reckoning is overdue in Britain.
In 1999, the Irish state apologised to people abused as children in religious-run institutions, launching a decade-long inquiry. Catholic orders were given indemnity for paying a fraction of compensation, with gag rules imposed on survivors receiving redress. The state has recently attempted to seal child abuse inquiry records for 75 years. But the breaking of silences catalysed change in Ireland and beyond.
Investigations in Ireland also led to one of the UK’s biggest public inquiries. Set up in 2012, the historical institutional abuse inquiry in Northern Ireland found systemic abuse in residential institutions for children operating between 1922 and 1995. This year, after tireless campaigning by survivors, a redress scheme opened up.

Finally found your reply, got sort of buried in the bread and today was rather busy for me.
If your fine with the opening header in the prototype I can use that. If there's more or something different you'd rather have let me know. I figure at this stage we can use the prototype and its 751 available slots to finalize the layout and bring over the posts for #20 and any from #21 I might have missed. Thanks to GermanArchiveAnon we should be able to recover the old posts fairly quickly.
I'll keep a tab open on the prototype so we can coordinate the set-up. I should have no problem keeping an eye on the UK board while we get Scotland up and running.

The Scotland prototype over in comms only has 19 posts in it right now so there should be plenty of room to bring things over. Question is is putting everything over there worth doing or should we risk having some things out of order and just start the live Scotland board?
I want to be sure you are fine with the header posts as I did them or would rather add something, or even replace with something else.
Being consistent with the dough is a major plus, but not set in stone.
We get things all posted and then can make buns again, like for the ECT. Just one of those things that takes time to do.

I grabbed everything I could find from #20 (only found one) and #21 and moved them into the prototype. From there just transfer to a live board. If you would, take a second look at the header posts and see of those are what you want or if changes or a replacement is needed.
Then go through an see if things are in there in a good order, I just went down through each bread and posted in order, I think. At the end are reposts of the two buns that were done in #21.
I had also found another Scotland related post and put it in. I'm not sure if you want to do a post-for-post transfer as stand alones or try to do related ones as replies to each other on a live board. Take a look and let me know what you think?

Why has normality not returned to the US and UK?
Perhaps the worst aspect of the new hypochondriac culture being aggressively promoted in the US and UK is how the state bureaucrats and schools are now targeting children and young adults with a relentless regime of restrictive and nonsensical health and safety policies. One of the main drivers of the school chaos in the UK has been the teachers/public service unions, who have seized on the crisis in order to leverage political power and carve out a platform in the national spotlight. Union officials repeated the fallacious claim that schools were no longer safe unless a whole new raft of new rules, regulations and government assurances were put into place. The list of issues and concerns keeps growing by the day and is now threatening to bring normal education to a grinding halt.
As a result of this over-the-top fear-based approach to risk mitigation, the lives of students and their families across the UK have been unnecessarily disrupted. In just the first few weeks of school, many thousands of students have already been removed from school and sent home and placed under under 14 day house arrest-quarantine order by school administrators – all because another student in school or a teacher had tested PCR positive for COVID.
Many schools are also ordering all primary, secondary and high school students to remain under house arrest at home over their half-term break, supposedly to “stop the spread of the virus.”
British authorities have even gone so as to demand that university students remain on campus over the Christmas break in order “stop the spread of COVID to their families back home.”
All of this is taking place at a time where hospitalisations and deaths due to COVID have dropped to near zero in the UK. In other words: the ‘pandemic’, if it ever was one, is now over.

By Thomas Penny and Jessica Shankleman (Bloomberg) — Boris Johnson will commit to boosting U.K. offshore wind power as part of his delayed plan for a “green industrial revolution” as he seeks to get his stalled domestic agenda back on course.
In a speech aimed at regaining a grip over the political agenda after months of negative headlines over his handling of the coronavirus, the prime minister will say renewable energy can help drive Britain’s economic regeneration. He will announce 160 million pounds ($208 million) for infrastructure at ports to support companies building turbines off the British coast.
“As Saudi Arabia is to oil, the U.K. is to wind — a place of almost limitless resource, but in the case of wind without the carbon emissions and without the damage to the environment,” Johnson will say, according to extracts of his speech released by his office in London. “This investment in offshore wind alone will help to create 60,000 jobs in this country — and help us to get to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.”
Johnson is seeking ways to rebuild the Covid-ravaged U.K. economy and to tackle a surge in joblessness once government employment support falls away at the end of the month. Helping the environment is a key part of his agenda to drive growth and return to the agenda he set out before his decisive election victory last December. Since then, his ratings in polls have collapsed.
Tuesday’s remarks are a forestaste of a 10-point program for green industries the prime minister is planning for later this year. Those will include support for innovation and infrastructure, his office said, without giving a specific date for the announcement.
“We need to give people the chance to train for the new jobs that are being created every day,” he will say. Investment in green technologies “in the next 10 years will create hundreds of thousands if not millions of jobs.”
The broader package, due to be announced later in the year, will help build hydrogen as a fuel for heavy industry, spur carbon capture technology and a ban on the sale of petrol cars, according to two people familiar with Johnson’s thinking. They spoke on condition of anonymity because the plans are private.
The prime minister had been expected to give a green recovery speech in September, but the timetable slipped because of the pandemic, according to one of the people.
Britain aims to zero out greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and the measures would aim to drive investment to reach that goal. Ministers have repeatedly touted the benefits of clean technologies to help the U.K. “build back better and build back greener.”
The speech also will:
reaffirm an aim to generate 40 gigawatts of power from offshore wind by 2030, more than four times the current capacity
endorse floating wind turbines
pledge to double the support for renewable energy in the next year in an auction for contracts-for-difference, a mechanism used to ensure payments to power generators
The commitment to wind power marks a change in approach for Johnson, who as recently as 2013 said the U.K. would be better relying on energy production from shale gas and nuclear power plants.
“No one seriously believes that wind turbines are the answer to our power shortages,” Johnson wrote in an article for the Sun on Sunday newspaper that year. “Not when they seem to spend so much time motionless, or turning so slowly they wouldn’t pull the skin off a rice pudding.”

Do not have as yet the Height Above Ground Level of the construction know as the "Eye", how high is the base? Lowest level of the pods cannot be 45 ft or five stories in the air,what is the elevation of the wheel itself?

‘Privacy Crisis’: Contact Tracing Data from Pubs and Restaurants Sold to Third Parties
Experts have warned of a “privacy crisis” in the United Kingdom as contact tracing data collected in pubs and restaurants is reportedly being sold on to third parties for advertising and other purposes.
Data collected for tracking the China virus is mandated by the government to be held by businesses for only 21 days and not be used “for any purposes other than for NHS Test and Trace”. However, some contractors are using QR codes to pilfer names, addresses, email information, and phone numbers — which they, in turn, sell to advertising and credit card companies, as well as insurance brokers.
Speaking to The Times, the director of software development company Level 5, Gaurav Malhotra said: “If you’re suddenly getting loads of texts, your data has probably been sold on from track-and-trace systems.”
One company supplying the hospitality industry with a QR code-based tracking system is Pub Track and Trace (PUBTT), which states in its privacy policy that by using the system users agree for the company to “make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you” as well as sharing data with “service providers or regulatory bodies providing fraud prevention services or credit/background checks.”
PUBTT, which works with pubs in England and Wales, also said in its user agreement that it is allowed to “collect, use, store and transfer” data pertaining to people entering certain areas through the use of “time, ID number, and CCTV images”.
A spokesman for the company said: “The data we collect is only for use of the Test and Trace service or where a user has agreed for the venue to use their information for marketing purposes.”

A company that provides track and trace services for restaurants, Ordamo, said that the data it collects is “retained for 25 years”.
The head of privacy at the Fieldfisher law firm, Hazel Grant, said that keeping users data for such a long time period would be “very difficult to justify”.
On September 24th the government mandated that some businesses display an official NHS QR code for the government’s official coronavirus tracking app, however, other businesses such as pubs, restaurants, museums, gyms, and hair salons are still required to record their own customer data.
Following the passage of the requirements, the Executive Director of Open Rights Group, Jim Killock, said: “This Government’s failure to conduct the legally required data safety assessment means that no-one knows how people’s details will be safely and legally collected, stored and protected by bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
“No-one knows what will happen if things go wrong and this Government doesn’t seem to have thought this through,” he added.
“This Government has had 6 months to fix the test and trace programme and on the eve of the launch of this app one thing is for certain; this Government is flying by the seat of its pants,” Killock concluded.

Quite awesome
I have to wonder who is working on those particular floors of the Milbank Building. If night cleaning crew, I can see the lights being different on different nights. Problem is, is there a call center operating on those floors at night? That would keep the lighting consistent over several nights. This is like trying to find the tenants in #4 Victoria Street over the years. Does the Milbank Building lease out space on the upper floors or are they all used by the one company?

Other public bodies have continued to occupy the building, including the Central Statistical Office, the predecessor of the Office for National Statistics; the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman; the Local Government Ombudsman; the UK India Business Council; and the Ministry of Justice Records Management Service.[4]
Between 2006 and 2014, the Conservative Party based its campaign headquarters at 30 Millbank, in the same complex as Millbank Tower.
Other floors in the tower are occupied by organisations and commercial companies, including Environment Agency, the World Bank, Altitude 360 London, foreign exchange specialists World First, the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, the UK India Business Council, the London office of Medopad, Canonical (company), the Audit Commission, event caterers Salt and Pepper, Private Food Design, the firm Lewis PR, the London office of the Open Society Foundations, the Local Government Boundary Commission for England, XLN Telecom and Leave.EU.
The building also houses the studios for RT UK.[citation needed]
Since April 2018, the central People's Vote office has been based in the tower.[5]
