THIRD study finds that COVID-19 antibodies fade “very, very quickly,” rendering vaccine useless

The third such study in recent days to make this suggestion, a new paper published by researchers from Guy’s and St. Thomas’ National Health Service Foundation Trust in London has determined that the antibodies developed after infection with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) only last a very short time, meaning any future vaccine for the novel virus will be certifiably useless.

After analyzing the immune responses of patients and health care workers who became infected with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), researchers from this institution found that the antibodies created to destroy the virus waned rather quickly, typically within just a few short weeks. After a couple of months, only 16.7 percent of patients still had any antibody response at all.

“The study found that 60 percent of the patients had a ‘potent’ antibody response at the peak of their battle with the coronavirus,” reports reveal. “After about two months, however, just 16.7 percent of the patients had a potent antibody response.”

These findings, along with those of earlier studies that reportedly came to similar conclusions, have drastic implications for the development of a vaccine for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). In essence, there will never be a vaccine good enough to combat the novel virus, no matter how “potent.”

“Not only do antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 fade, and perhaps fade quickly, studies have also shown that only 15 percent of those who test positive for antibodies make the neutralizing antibodies necessary to develop immunity in the first place,” says Dr. William Haseltine. “And not all of those who make neutralizing antibodies make them at high levels. Some of those infected make no antibodies at all.”

Please look over what has been put in the Notables listings so far and let me know if something needs removed as not very important. Also please start calling out things that are notable and anons believe should be included so that later when others doing research are looking at the articles, sources, etc have been included.

I'm trying to make sure what is truly notable is collected and what is just interesting left off the list. I myself am learning a lot from the posts and the videos but filling the notables just to have entries really does not help.

For instance, say a new road between Durban and Capetown was starting construction. A multi-lane highway type that just so happened to be routed through a town but the townsfolk on one side were happy about the chance for petrol stations and commerce while others did not want the local terrain torn up. Now as locals anons know the whole "tree hugger" thing was to really hide illegal mining or maybe the "town" was actually run by a foreign company and really had no business being in that location to begin with.

Now suppose anons have known about such things for years but can call attention to government buy outs of "town" property are really pay-offs to a foreign company or a would-be despot. Maybe part of allowing the road by the tree huggers happens to include the foundation of some park the happens to include purchasing land that happens to belong somehow to a politician that just happens to want funds to run for Prime Minister.

Then again, maybe just a situation where as locals anons can say "Talked about for like twenty years about time that project was started" or even a "yes, planned and all and getting started, the whole thing is supposed to be some kind of big deal?"

The five key events in the fake pandemic

This article is a summary. I’ve written extensively on each of the five key events.

ONE: The false claim that a new virus was discovered and isolated.

No true isolation has been performed. The so-called genetic sequencing of the virus was actually a concoction, a cobbling together of pieces of data referencing segments of RNA. These segments were PRESUMED to be parts of the new virus—but researchers didn’t have the virus, so their presumptions amounted to fraud.

TWO: The erecting of a diagnostic test (PCR) for the virus they didn’t have. Obviously, no such test has meaning. It is built on the same sorts of absurd assumptions that led to the fictional discovery of the virus. However, strategically speaking, the test has produced millions of “positive results,” which are taken to mean “infected by the virus.” On this foundation of sand, the lockdowns were declared.

THREE: The Chinese lockdown of 50 million citizens, for no medical reason. This unprecedented event provided the model for other governments, and for the CDC and the World Health Organization. Now it was “acceptable” to imprison the global population and wreak economic devastation across the planet.

FOUR: The absurd computer prediction of 500,000 deaths in the UK and two million in the US, made by historically failed modeler, Neil Ferguson. His institute at the Imperial College of London is bankrolled by Bill Gates. Ferguson’s predictions were used to convince Trump and Boris Johnson that states of emergency and lockdowns were necessary.

FIVE: The forced premature deaths of millions of elderly people across the world—which were falsely called “COVID-19 deaths.”

These people were and are suffering from multiple long-term health conditions, made far worse by decades of medical treatment with toxic drugs. Terrified by a COVID diagnosis, then isolated from family and friends, they give up and die.

There are other important events, to be sure, but these are the key five.

The underlying fact that needs to be understood: what is called COVID-19 is not one condition. It is a variety of illnesses and effects stemming from different traditional causes RE-PACKAGED under the label, “COVID.”

Where authentic new conditions and causes may be involved, independent investigators need to look closely at such clusters of people, where they live. For example, the investigators should find out whether toxic vaccine campaigns were initiated in a community or region prior to declaration of the “COVID outbreak.”

Report: 15 Die Waiting In COVID-19 Testing Backlogs At South African Border

As a result of backlogs in COVID-19 testing for travelers crossing national borders, at least 15 people have reportedly died on the South African border with Zimbabwe as holiday traffic surged at the Beitbridge border port.

Travel between South Africa and Zimbabwe is busier than usual at this time of year due to a seasonal return of migrants to Zimbabwe, Reuters reported. South Africa is home to around 1.5 million Zimbabwean migrants according to a United Nations estimate.

Sandile Buthelezi, the director-general of South Africa’s Health Department, announced Friday that COVID-19 screenings had been suspended after the deaths were reported, according to South African media outlet eNCA. He cited public safety and noted that proof of a negative COVID-19 test would be required within 30 days of re-entry.

Videos shown on local news outlets and circulated on social media show long lines of cars and trucks on the road leading to the Beitbridge port, the main border crossing between the two countries.

A Zimbabwean woman reportedly died Tuesday after collapsing near the border in the city of Limpopo, according to eNCA. She reportedly experienced fatigue and dizziness and asked fellow passengers to pray for her before she died. Other Zimbabwean migrants have reportedly complained about a lack of food and water.

Some lawmakers in South Africa have called for government intervention to prevent more deaths but authorities say clearing the congested border port could take weeks, according to eNCA.

Health officials say South Africa is currently experiencing a second wave of COVID-19 infections, according to Reuters. Officials believe surging infections are partly due to a mutation in the virus identified by South African researchers earlier this month.

The country has around 968,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases and nearly 26,000 deaths according to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center.

The Black Lives Matter activist who was seen storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 was arrested and charged, the Department of Justice said Thursday.

A newly released court filing says John Earle Sullivan, 26, told FBI agents last week that he was at the Capitol when the breach happened. He said he entered through a window that had been broken out. He also said he was present when Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was shot dead by a U.S. Capitol Police officer as she tried to climb into the House Speaker’s Lobby through a window.

Sullivan showed agents some of the footage he captured inside the building, which he and others entered illegally.

Videos showed Sullivan and others breaking through a barricade, with the Utah man shouting: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This [Expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah,” “We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history. Let’s burn this [Expletive] down.”

He was later heard encouraging protesters to climb a wall to get to an entrance to the Capitol and was seen entering the building.

During one conversation with others while inside, Sullivan said, “We gotta get this [expletive] burned.” At other times, he said, among other things, “it’s our house [expletive]” and “we are getting this [expletive].”

Sullivan told U.S. Capitol Police officers to stand down so that they wouldn’t get hurt, according to the court filing (pdf). He joined the crowd trying to open doors to another part of the Capitol, telling people “Hey guys, I have a knife” and asking them to let him get to the front. He did not make it to the doors. He later tried to get the officers guarding the Speaker’s Lobby to go home, telling them: “Bro, I’ve seen people out there get hurt.”

… Sullivan spoke to a slew of media outlets after the breach, including CNN and ABC. He told The Epoch Times that he took steps to blend in with the crowd so he didn’t “get beat up.” He said he’s known in the activist community as being a member of the far-left, anarcho-communist group Antifa. He denied being a member of the network.

He told The Epoch Times he knew of plans to storm the Capitol and that he saw them on “undergrounds chats and things like that.” He posted information about the plans on his social media, but didn’t inform the law enforcement. “I’m not a snitch,” he said.

Sullivan has posted in support of Black Lives Matter. He leads a group called Insurgence USA, which says it was founded in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man, in police custody in Minneapolis last year.

“The lack of care for the human life was unacceptable so we set out to end police brutality. We then set out to empower and uplifting black and indigenous voices,” the group’s website states.

Sullivan was charged with rioting and criminal mischief in Provo, Utah, based on his activities around a protest last year in which a person was shot and injured.

Sullivan was charged this week with unlawful entry, disorderly conduct, and attempted obstruction of law enforcement. He faces jail time if convicted.

Irish Health Dept forced to admit in court CV 19 virus doesn't exist

Here is a video from 12/27/2020. A court in Ireland refused to provide evidence of isolate (laboratory isolate) of the Sars-cov-2 virus. Specifically, the court acknowledged that it had no evidence that the virus had ever been isolated (purified from other biomaterial) by anyone in a laboratory. In other words, the court stated that it has no evidence of the existence of a scientifically obtained strain of this virus.

In addition to refusing to provide scientific evidence for the existence of the sars-cov-2 virus, the court also failed to provide the scientific justification for the mandatory wearing of masks, social distancing, and, of course, vaccination.

• what kind of vaccine (or preventive drugs) can we even talk about when there is no causative virus of the "disease"?

• what kind of "coronavirus" mutations are we constantly being told about by the so-called "scientists", if there is no virus isolate?

For example, back in mid July, in a COVID-19 diagnostic instruction published on their official website, on p. 39 it was explicitly stated that they were testing PCR on some surrogate/simulation of the sars-cov-2 virus. Because they simply didn't have the real virus in their laboratory in Atlanta, one of the largest in the USA. How is that possible? How is that possible that they are ordering to clean driveways and public places, presumably because virus is everywhere, yet they don't have it in their largest labs? Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation co-chair Bill Gates has announced that the foundation will invest $5 billion over the next five years in support of health and anti-poverty initiatives in Africa.

Announced by Gates during the annual Nelson Mandela Lecture at the University of Pretoria on Sunday, the commitment significantly boosts the foundation's funding for initiatives on the continent, which has totaled $9 billion over the last fifteen years. In his remarks, Gates noted the progress African countries have made in reducing child mortality, eradicating polio, and fighting malaria and the HIV/AIDS epidemic and pointed to expanded access to contraceptives [like distributing strawberry scented condoms during COVID as show in the video at >>12498147 ], the creation of new vaccines that protect children from pneumonia and severe diarrhea, and investments in strong, community-based primary healthcare systems in Malawi, Ethiopia, and Rwanda as additional signs of progress.

Gates warned, however, that the rate of new HIV infections on the continent remains high, especially among youth in sub-Saharan Africa, while millions remain undiagnosed and/or untreated. "If we fail to act, all the hard-earned gains made in HIV in sub-Saharan Africa over the last fifteen years could be reversed," he said, "particularly given that Africa's young people are entering the age when they are most at risk of HIV."

According to the Nelson Mandela Foundation, two-thirds of the $5 billion would support health initiatives, with the remainder earmarked for efforts to improve agriculture, digital financial inclusion, and sanitation.

"We continue to spend the majority of our money on health-related issues, so [on] tuberculosis, HIV, diarrhea, pneumonia — all the things that affect kids under the age of five," Gates said at a press conference after the lecture. "Malnutrition is a huge area of increased investment for us, and how people run healthcare facilities."

French arms firm 'must face SA corruption trial'

French arms supplier Thales will have to face charges in South Africa over allegedly corrupt payments made to former President Jacob Zuma, a court has ruled.

The judgement removes the last hurdle for national prosecutors to bring a case against Mr Zuma relating to a multi-billion-dollar arms deal in the 1990s.

His trial on six charges of corruption, including counts of fraud, racketeering and money-laundering is due to start next month.

The former president, who denies the allegations, is alleged to have sought bribes from Thales to support an extravagant lifestyle.

His financial adviser at the time was found guilty of soliciting those bribes in 2005, leading to Mr Zuma's dismissal as deputy president.

But the original charges against Mr Zuma were controversially dropped shortly before the 2009 elections which saw him become president.

He eventually resigned as president under political pressure in February 2018 in the face of numerous corruption allegations.

Judge Alsa Bezuidenhout said there was reasonable and probable cause to believe that Thales had “directly or indirectly or with common purpose, participated in the enterprise run by Mr Schabir Shaik through a pattern of racketeering activity”, the Times Live website reports.

Thales South Africa, which denies the allegations, told the AFP news agency that it had "noted" the high court's decision and was "studying the judgement to consider its legal options”.

BOOM: Trust In Mainstream Media Just Hit An All-Time Low

Supporters of former President Donald were well aware of his feelings about the ‘mainstream’ media: They are enemies of the people and they routinely demonstrated that every single day of his term.

But what about the rest of the country – how do those Americans feel about the media?

Apparently, a majority of them are equally distrustful of those perfumed, blow-dried purveyors of propaganda, according to Axios.

The outlet reports:

Trust in traditional media has declined to an all-time low, and many news professionals are determined to do something about it.

Why it matters: Faith in society’s central institutions, especially in government and the media, is the glue that holds society together. That glue was visibly dissolving a decade ago, and has now, for many millions of Americans, disappeared entirely.

By the numbers: For the first time ever, fewer than half of all Americans have trust in traditional media, according to data from Edelman’s annual trust barometer shared exclusively with Axios. Trust in social media has hit an all-time low of 27%.

Here are some more figures:

— 56 percent of those surveyed agreed with this statement: “Journalists and reporters are purposely trying to mislead people by saying things they know are false or gross exaggerations.”

— 58 percent believe that “most news organizations are more concerned with supporting an ideology or political position than with informing the public.”

— After the election Edelmann re-surveyed Americans and the results were worse: Just 57 percent of Democrats trust the media (which is extremely ironic given the ‘mainstream’ media’s hard-left bent), while just 18 percent of Republicans did.

And make no mistake about these dismal figures: The media did this to themselves.

Oh, the talking heads are blaming Trump’s ‘demeanor’ and ‘lies’ and general ‘combativeness’ for claiming they had no choice but to cover him ‘differently.’

But that’s a lie. And a cop-out. Obama lied every bit as much if not more than Trump (who didn’t really lie so much as he just liked to embellish); the difference was Obama got a pass.

And the American people are obviously smart enough to know that difference.

Notes Axios (itself a left-wing outlet): “Mistrust of media is now a central part of many Americans’ personal identity — an article of faith that they weren’t argued into and can’t be argued out of.”

The Elderly Receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine are Dropping Like Flies

James Mulder, writing for Syracuse.com, reveals that “[a] Covid-19 outbreak at a Cayuga County nursing home that began two weeks ago has infected 137 residents, 24 of whom have died.” The article was published on January 9, 2021. So, going back two weeks from that date we arrive at December 26, 2020, as the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak.

According to the article, “[t]here had been no nursing home Covid-19 deaths in Cayuga County until the first three deaths at the Commons were reported Dec. 29.” So, 24 nursing home residents have died since the outbreak, with the first one dying on December 29th.

So what accounts for the upsurge in deaths? The article states: “The nursing home began vaccinating residents Dec. 22. So far 193 residents, or 80%, and 113 employees, or less than half the staff, have been vaccinated.”

Thus, we have zero deaths from COVID-19 at the nursing home throughout 2020. Then suddenly we have a surge of 24 Deaths from COVID-19 within 18 days of vaccinating 80% of the frail elderly nursing home residents.

It seems that the deaths from COVID-19 vaccines are being underreported. For example, in a January 16, 2021 article from Health Impact News, it was reported that there have been 55 deaths from the COVID-19 vaccines in the United States. It is odd that a single county (Cayuga County) in the United States with a reported 24 deaths accounts for fully 44% of all COVID-19 vaccine deaths in the entire country. It is particularly suspicious when one realizes that Norway, with a total population of only 5 million people, has reported 29 deaths of people over 75 years old from COVID-19 vaccines. Could it be that the deaths from the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S. are much higher than is being reported but because the deaths largely impact the elderly that they are being reported as a death from some other cause?

Post hoc ergo propter hoc is often viewed as a fallacy. but when an event is so closely associated with another, as in this case with vaccination for the very disease from which that the patients subsequently die, it is irrational not to see the causal link.

Indeed, it seems that there has been a large number of elderly people who have died from the COVID-19 vaccine, but the deaths are going unreported in the mainstream media. There are approximately 7,000 adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines reported for 2020 in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). This author uncovered seven deaths of elderly people after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

Swiss Court Sends Beny Steinmetz to Prison for Bribery in Guinea

Israeli mining magnate Beny Steinmetz was sentenced to five years in jail on Friday for bribery and ordered to pay a 50 million Swiss francs (US$56 million) fine.

In a landmark verdict that could send shockwaves through the global mining industry, a Swiss criminal court found Steinmetz, 64, and two colleagues guilty of bribing public officials to win access to lucrative mining rights in Guinea in the 2000s.

Prosecutors accused Steinmetz of masterminding a “corruption pact” with former President Lansana Conté and his ex-wife, Mamadie Touré to gain access to the world’s richest untapped deposits of iron ore in Guinea’s remote Simandou mountain range.

Steinmetz, who denied the charges, immediately said he would appeal.

“This judgment goes completely against the course of international justice,” he said in a statement.

One of the mining world’s biggest ever corruption cases, the trial has shone a rare spotlight on the struggle for control of Africa’s highly prized mineral resources, where unscrupulous business practices can often go unchecked.

Steinmetz and two business associates affiliated with mining firm BSG Resources (BSGR) were accused of paying around US$10 million in bribes to Touré through a web of shell companies and forging documents to cover it up.

Central to Steinmetz’s defence was his claim that he was not involved in the management of BSGR, which stands for Beny Steinmetz Resources Group.

“I am not BSGR. I was only a spokesperson,” Steinmetz told the court.

When confronted with evidence of emails, meetings and money transfers which prosecutors said proved that bribery took place, Steinmetz frequently claimed not to know the details. “I wasn’t involved,” he said.

But prosecutors described Steinmetz as BSGR’s “true director and leader.”

Judge Alexandra Banna on Friday agreed, finding in a verdict that took two hours to read that Steinmetz was “the effective head” of the group.

“All the important decisions were taken with his consent and he personally intervened in several stages of the corruption operation,” the Geneva criminal court said in a statement.

The case hinged on bribe payments to Touré, whom prosecutors said was late President Conté’s “fourth wife and a very influential person” who was “directly and personally involved in the Guinean BSGR project.”

Lawyers for Steinmetz argued that Touré was not a public official and had no influence over President Conté. They even questioned whether the pair had been married at all.

Steinmetz claimed he only met Touré once and his attorney Marc Bonnant told the court that “Beny Steinmetz never paid a cent to Mme. Mamadie Touré.”

The trial took place in Switzerland because Steinmetz lived in Geneva until 2016. Some of the bribes were channelled through Swiss accounts, prosecutors said.

LAGOS, Jan 25 (Reuters) – Pirates are stepping up attacks on ships in West Africa’s Gulf of Guinea, defying regional navies. On Saturday, pirates off Nigeria kidnapped 15 sailors from a Turkish container ship and killed one.

Pirates in the Gulf of Guinea kidnapped 130 seafarers in 22 separate incidents last year, accounting for all but five of those seized at sea worldwide.

WHO ARE THE PIRATES AND WHY ARE THEY ATTACKING?

The pirates come from Nigeria’s turbulent Niger Delta, experts say. The region produces the bulk of the nation’s petroleum, but is woefully underdeveloped, scarred by pollution and has some of the highest unemployment in the country.

Bands of men desperate for money engage in a variety of illegal but lucrative activities, including kidnapping, stealing and refining oil, and piracy.

They often bring the kidnapped crew to the creeks that snake through the swampy region.

WHY ARE THE PIRATES KIDNAPPING MORE SAILORS?

The International Maritime Bureau has tracked a steady increase in kidnappings over recent years, affecting everyone from fisherman to international supertanker crew. Pirates who once stole cargo, or siphoned oil, discovered that some companies will pay large sums to ransom kidnapped crew.

Last year’s oil price crash and Nigeria’s second recession in five years worsened unemployment and economic hardship.

Max Williams, chief compliance officer for security firm Africa Risk Compliance, said Saturday’s attack reflects yet more risk.

“Breaching the citadel and killing a crew member is a serious escalation,” Williams said.

Williams added that attacks further out to sea – Saturday’s attack took place 200 nautical miles offshore – reflected increasing sophistication, as vessels further from shore are less likely to have naval protection.

WHAT IMPACT ON TRADE?

The Gulf of Guinea borders more than 20 countries. The waters are the key route in for everything from steel to soda in a region that relies heavily on imports, and the main export avenue for oil, cocoa, and other commodities.

Ships still ply the lucrative route, but at a cost. Jakob Larsen, head of security withshipping trade association BIMCO, said insurance costs rise due to attacks, and freight rates are more expensive as some ships avoid the region, cutting the number of available vessels.

Kidnapping and ransom insurance can also cost shipping companies several million dollars annually, though most refuse to discuss specifics due to fears it could make covered vessels a target.

Such costs are typically passed to consumers, and Larsen said there are also high indirect costs due to business and investment that fail to materialize.

WHAT RESPONSE HAS THERE BEEN?

In 2013, 25 countries in the region developed the Yaounde Code, which established coordination on piracy and other maritime crimes.

Nigeria has its own “Deep Blue” initiative to develop maritime surveillance and security, and last year secured its first conviction under a new anti-piracy law.

Most countries in the region bar international navies or armed private security staff from their waters.

Foreign navies, such as France, Spain and Italy, already patrol the region’s international waters, but BIMCO said there is an “urgent need” for a coordinated international law enforcement operation.

Denmark’s A.P. Moller Maersk, the world’s biggest container line, agrees.

We now know that that number could have been lowered significantly if HCQ use would have been promoted in the US!

A new study posted in the American Journal of Medicine in January found that early treatment of coronavirus patients with hydroxychloroquine lowered the mortality rate for the disease.

The study found that immediate use of HCQ, while the patient was still at home, showed significant benefits.

This is just the latest study that shows the effectiveness of HCQ in treating the coronavirus.

For the past several months the website c19study.com has been tracking the HCQ-coronavirus studies.

Also today the Facebook Oversight Board announced it was overturning a previous case on the effectiveness of HCQ.

Facebook’s previously removed a post on the use of hydroxychloroquine in France which it claimed, “contributes to the risk of imminent… physical harm.”

According to c19study.com there have been 237 studies, 171 of which were peer reviewed that show 67% of patients improved in early treatment trials.

Polish Government to Breitbart: Big Tech’s ‘Cancel Culture’ Is Bolshevik, Not Democratic

“Cancel culture aims to make people afraid to express their opinions” and Big Tech is working with the far left to promote this environment which has more in common with the methods of Soviet Russia than modern democracies, a Polish government minister has told Breitbart London.

Sebastian Kaleta is Poland’s deputy minister for justice and the man tasked with shepherding a new law meant to give protections to Polish citizens from censorious and over-powerful Silicon Valley big-tech firms. He told Breitbart London that Poland has real concerns about cancel culture and is legislating against it.

Kaleta said that while the worst excesses of political correctness has yet to be felt in socially conservative Poland, his government was watching developments elsewhere — including where political correctness had developed into a full hard-left culture — with concern.

Kaleta made clear that Poland’s 50 years of living under Soviet communist occupation and then rule had left the nation cautious about modern developments in censorship — something he said other nations which had never suffered under communism appeared to be blind to. He said: “The pressure from the far left has developed from soft political correctness into a much harsher phase, that of cancel culture… [it is] very worrying, and is more reminiscent of bolshevik standards than democratic ones.”

Observing the dangerous path that many Western countries are now walking, Kaleta offered a lesson from Poland’s recent past when “reeducation camps” were the norm for deviants and those who criticised the prevailing orthodoxy. He continued: “Cancel culture aims to make people afraid to express their opinions.

“The signals from the left are clear — if you do not agree with us and you criticise us, the ‘system’ we have created will not only get you fired, but it will also limit your access to certain services and products.”

Ultimately, Kaleta said, the “neo-Marxists” calling the shots within cultural institutions like the mainstream media and Silicon Valley were using “methods which are closer to those of Soviet Russia than social democracy”. He cited the case of now-cancelled, but until recently the most successful author on earth, J.K. Rowling, as an example of the power of that cancel culture, noting simply: “Slowly but surely, the revolution devours its own children.”

The comments to Breitbart London come as Kaleta and the Polish government introduce a new law to protect Polish citizens from censorship at the hands of a remote Silicon Valley elite. Under the new plan, Poles who found their accounts and posts blocked, deleted, or limited for messages which offended Big Tech morals but which did not fall foul of Polish law could appeal for redress.

Poland’s prospective parliament-appointed free speech board could demand social media networks reinstate the accounts of wronged Poles. Poland could levy fines of up to 50 million zloty ($14 million) per offence in cases where they refused to comply. Ultimately, he explained: “Freedom of speech needs to be defended from censorship.”

Judicial Watch and Daily Caller News Foundation Appeal Court Decision about Hidden Biden Senatorial Records

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today it filed a notice of appeal to the Supreme Court of Delaware, asking for a reversal of the opinion of the Superior Court of Delaware, which is blocking a state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for access to records about President Joe Biden’s senatorial records held by the University of Delaware. Biden’s papers include more than 1,850 boxes of archival records from his senate career.

The appeal comes in Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation’s lawsuit filed after a Delaware Attorney General’s opinion denied access to the records (Daily Caller News Foundation v. University of Delaware (No. N20A-07-001)). The Delaware FOIA lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware on July 2, 2020.

The appeal is challenging the Superior Court of Delaware’s January 4, 2021, ruling upholding the Delaware state attorney general’s opinion that the records are not “public records” because, the opinion concludes without evidence, no public funds are used to support the Biden records project at the University of Delaware.

Judicial Watch responded in court that it is impossible for the housing of Biden’s senatorial records in the University of Delaware’s Library to not be supported by any public funds. Judicial Watch noted that the University admitted that “[t]he State of Delaware provides the University with approximately $120 million each year through an appropriation in the state budget,” but has yet to show how public funds are not used to support the papers.

Judicial Watch further pointed out that “archival storage space and professional staff members’ time are things of value that it can be inferred are paid for with public funds,” and notes that the requests even listed the “University personnel who maintain the Senatorial Papers whose salaries, it can be inferred, are paid with State funds.” Judicial Watch requested that the Superior Court order the University to search for and produce the requested records.

“We have no idea why the University of Delaware is hiding these materials that the public should have every right to see and we are grateful for Judicial Watch and our local counsel for pushing this case hard. When people ask why our institutions are no longer trusted they should look up this case,” said Daily Caller News Foundation President Neil Patel.

“There is significant public interest in the special deal between Joe Biden and the University of Delaware that is keeping Biden’s Senate records completely secret,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Delaware law is explicit in requiring state entities, including the University of Delaware, to provide public access to these records.”

The White House on Monday confirmed illegal aliens who are convicted of rape, assault, DUI or drug-related crimes will not be deported.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement is preparing to roll out new guidelines that will lead to far fewer arrests and deportations.

The Washington Post reported:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is preparing to issue new guidelines to agents this week that could sharply curb arrests and deportations, as the Biden administration attempts to assert more control over an agency afforded wide latitude under President Donald Trump, according to internal memos and emails obtained by The Washington Post.

“Generally, these convictions would not include drug based crimes (less serious offenses), simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions,” acting director Tae Johnson told senior officials in a Thursday email advising them on how to operate while new guidelines are finalized.

The Biden administration is attempting to reorient ICE, a law enforcement agency that has seen its priorities swing wildly from one administration to the next. But frustrated ICE officials say the proposed changes will take away agents’ discretion and severely constrain their ability to arrest and deport criminals.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked Jen Psaki how it is in the interest of public safety to no longer deport illegal aliens convicted of DUI and assault.

Psaki was clearly ill-prepared and stuttered through her non-answer.

At least 36 cases of thrombocytopenia after COVID-19 vaccination have been reported in the US

One person, a previously healthy Miami doctor aged 56, died of the blood disorder which causes platelet counts to drop, preventing blood from clotting

Thrombocytopenia has occurred after other shots, but it is exceedingly rare and not yet clear whether vaccines could cause it

At least 36 people have developed a rare, life-threatening blood disorder, called thrombocytopenia, after receiving either of the two COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the US.

One of them, Miami obstetrician Dr Gregory Michael, died after thrombocytopenia caused his platelets to drop to virtually zero. He was just 56 and died of a brain hemorrhage just 16 days after receiving Pfizer's shot.

And doctors ordered Luz Legaspi, 72, not to leave her bed for over a week, for fear a bump, bruise, fall or other minor injury could lead to a similar hemorrhage and prove fatal for her.

Thrombocytopenia has been seen after other vaccines as well, and experts suspect that the shot does act as a trigger in some way - they just don't know why yet.

But so far, the platelet-suppressing condition appears exceedingly rare - affecting just 36 people out of 43 million doses administered in the US - and scientists theorize that only a small fraction of the population may have some predisposition that could lead vaccines to trigger the blood disorder.

Of 15 people included in a forthcoming study, only one had a recent history of low platelet counts, and there were no clear common threads that predict who might be the very few to develop thrombocytopenia after vaccination.

But with the exception of Dr Michael, all others so far have recovered after treatment.

Guinea Declares Ebola Outbreak With at Least 3 Deaths

Health officials promised rapid delivery of vaccines and other measures after confirming seven cases in the West African nation, which was the origin of the largest outbreak of the disease ever.

Guinea is fighting a new outbreak of Ebola, health officials in the West African nation said on Sunday, with at least three deaths in a region that was previously the starting point for the world’s worst epidemic of the disease.

The three who died — two women and a man — were among seven people who fell ill with symptoms including diarrhea, vomiting and bleeding after attending the burial of a nurse in the country’s southeast on Feb. 1, the Health Ministry said in a statement.

Officials confirmed an outbreak on Sunday after a laboratory found the virus in the first three samples it tested from the patients.

“The government reassures the people that all measures are being taken to curb this epidemic as quickly as possible,” Guinea’s Health Ministry said on Sunday in a Facebook post.

The government asked people to report any further symptoms to the health authorities and to follow hygiene and prevention measures. It also said it would accelerate delivery of vaccines to the region and open a center to deal with detected cases.

The resurgence comes as West Africa is still grappling with the coronavirus pandemic and after the Democratic Republic of Congo also found new cases of Ebola, three months after health officials said they had eradicated Congo’s last outbreak.

Guinea had not seen an Ebola case since 2016, when it came to the end of an epidemic that began in its southeastern region in 2014. That outbreak, the deadliest so far, spread through neighboring Liberia and Sierra Leone, eventually infecting more than 28,000 people in 10 countries and killing more than 11,000.

Since then, though, researchers have found new vaccines, treatments and rapid diagnostic tests, as well as new ways of responding to outbreaks.

“Given these new tools, plus the fact that qualified Guinean health workers, who already have experience responding to Ebola, are on the ground, we hope to be able to control this outbreak quickly,” Nicolas Mouly, program manager for emergency response at the Alliance for International Medical Action, said in a statement.

The alarm was raised much faster than in the 2014-2016 outbreak. Local health workers identified the cluster of cases, and teams of contact tracers have been quickly reinforced.

“A lot of lessons were learned, including the need to involve the communities from the beginning,” said Dr. Georges Ki-Zerbo, the head of the World Health Organization in Guinea. This includes traditional healers, who are often the first port of call for people in rural Guinea seeking treatment for illnesses.

The first person known to have died in this outbreak is a nurse, but that does not necessarily mean she was the index case. Contact tracers will try to find out how she contracted the disease.

“It is not unusual with Ebola cases to have health care workers in the first cases to be reported,” Dr. Ki-Zerbo said. “It is important to know in what circumstances she may have become infected.”

Dr. Matshidiso Moeti, the World Health Organization’s regional director for Africa, said Sunday on Twitter that she was “very concerned” by the reports from Guinea and that the agency was “ramping up readiness and response efforts to this potential resurgence.”

Spread through contact with an infected or recently deceased person’s bodily fluids or secretions, the Ebola virus causes a hemorrhagic fever with an average fatality rate of about half, though two vaccines are now available against it.

Vaccines are being prepared for shipment to Guinea, and should arrive in the next few days.

The vaccines are not meant for routine use, and so are not automatically administered to people living in rural Guinea, Dr. Ki-Zerbo said. Instead, once there is an outbreak, they are targeted at the population living within a certain area.

New York Times retracts claim that Capitol police officer was killed by Trump supporter with fire extinguisher

"New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police," the Times wrote.

The New York Times issued a correction on Sunday after it was revealed that the Capitol police officer who they reported had been killed by supporters of former President Donald Trump after being bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher actually died of a different cause.

"UPDATE: New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police," the Times wrote.

"Law enforcement officials initially said Mr. Sicknick was struck with a fire extinguisher, but weeks later, police sources and investigators were at odds over whether he was hit," the story now reads. "Medical experts have said he did not die of blunt force trauma, according to one law enforcement official."

The article had initially stated that Sicknick died "from brain injuries he sustained after Trump loyalists who overtook the complex struck him in the dead with a fire extinguisher."

The paper used anonymous sources to substantiate their claim.

The article was later cited by a variety of mainstream media outlets without questioning the reporting of the paper. His death was even brought up by Democrats during Trump's impeachment trial in the Senate.

Investigators have found no evidence of trauma sustained by blows to the head, and nobody has been arrested in connection to Sicknick's alleged murder.

In fact, Sicknick had returned to his job after the Capitol riot, and texted his brother that aside from being pepper sprayed twice, he was otherwise "in good shape."

According to Capitol police, Sicknick later had a stroke. It is now being investigated whether he inhaled bear spray, and whether that may have contributed to his sudden death.

Immunologist: Pfizer, Moderna Vaccines Could Cause Long-Term Chronic Illness

In new research published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, immunologist J. Bart Classen warns the mRNA technology used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines could create “new potential mechanisms” of adverse events that may take years to come to light.

Back in 1999, leading U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official Dr. Peter Patriarca contended that modern advances in vaccine technology were rapidly “outpacing researchers’ ability to predict potential vaccine-related adverse events.” Patriarca mused that this could lead to “a situation of unforeseen and unpredictable vaccine outcomes.”

In a new research article published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, veteran immunologist J. Bart Classen expresses similar concerns and writes that “RNA-based COVID vaccines have the potential to cause more disease than the epidemic of COVID-19.”

For decades, Classen has published papers exploring how vaccination can give rise to chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes — not right away, but three or four years down the road.

In this latest paper, Classen warns that the RNA-based vaccine technology could create “new potential mechanisms” of vaccine adverse events that may take years to come to light.

Classen’s study establishes the potential for the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna to activate human proteins to take on “pathologic configurations” — configurations associated with chronic degenerative neurological diseases. Although his specific interest is in prion diseases (conditions associated with misfolded versions of normal proteins), Classen also outlines a handful of other mechanisms whereby RNA-based vaccines could give rise to “multiple other potential fatal adverse events.”

Ensuring that patients clearly understand risks — including known risks as well as potential unknown risks — is an important component of the informed consent process. This is all the more true when the intervention is experimental and lacks long-term safety data, as is the case with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines against COVID-19. The FDA authorized the two vaccines for widespread emergency use based on just two months of clinical trial data.

Unfortunately, it is not unusual for researchers’ communication of risks to be perfunctory. In October, researchers at New York University and Tulane reported that the information communicated to participants in the coronavirus clinical trials about a worrisome problem known as pathogenic priming was “sufficiently obscured” as to make “adequate patient comprehension” of risks “unlikely.”

It would be interesting to know what those researchers would say about Classen’s blunt conclusion that “Approving a vaccine, utilizing novel RNA technology without extensive testing is extremely dangerous.”

Those contemplating COVID injections may be ignoring potential risks at their own peril.
